Shri Kaushal Das University (SKDU) offers a well-defined scholarship scheme financially supporting deserving students. Scholarships can be availed of in all the programmes* of the university, ranging from diplomas to PGs. The different types of scholarships offered by SKDU include the following:

SKDU SKUDCET

SKUDCET is conducted by SKDU to ascertain the credibility of the students receiving scholarship. Students can earn upto 100% Scholarship on their tuition fee based on the score obtained in SKUDCET. Students can appear for SKUDCET even if they are already availing any of the other scholarship offered by the University. Students can avail the following discount on their tuition fee based on SKUDCET score:

SKDU Scholarship based on Merit/Percentage in Qulaifying Exam

SKDU offers scholarships to students based on their performance in the qualifying exam. These may include the percentage achieved in class 10th for admission to a Diploma program and the percentage achieved in 10+2 or equivalent exam for admission to an Undergraduate program. For students, seeking admission to Post-grdauate programs, their aggregate marks in Bachelors’s and Master’s degree will be considered for the scholarship. Students can avail the following discount on their tuition fee based on Merit/Percentage in Qualifying examination:

SKDU Social Responsibilty Scholarship

SKDU offers Social Responsibility Scholarship to defense personnels, physically handicapped children. The following scholarships offered by SKDU are:

SKDU Scholarships Terms and Conditions

  • The scholarship is Un-conditional for the 1st year (1st & 2nd Semester) but for all the upcoming years scholarship will only be continued if students clear the semester / annual examination without any backlog in the 1st attempt.
  • The student is required to attain a minimum of 80% attendance in each course to continue the scholarship every semester.
  • If a Student is found involved in any grave act of indiscipline and found faulty and an action is taken by the competent, then the scholarship also will be discontinued from the same semester.
