Apex University Scholarships provide financial assistance to deserving and meritorious students. These scholarships are awarded as tuition fee waivers based on academic performance, entrance exam results, sports achievements, and cultural accomplishments.

Apex University ASSY Scholarship

ASSY is designed to provide 100% secured education for students from economically and socially humble backgrounds. This scheme aims to support deserving students in achieving their dream careers, particularly those facing personal hardships.

  • 100% Scholarship: For students who lose both parents during their education at Apex University.
  • 50% Scholarship: For students whose father or mother passes away during their education at Apex University.
  • 25% Scholarship: For single-parent wards (either father or mother not alive) at the time of admission; valid until the successful completion of the program.
  • 50% Scholarship: For students who have no living parents at the time of admission; valid until the successful completion of the program.

Note: To avail the ASSY scholarship, prior written approval from the Chairman’s Secretariat is mandatory, along with the submission of the original death certificate(s).

Apex University Merit-Based Scholarship

Merit-Based Scholarships are awarded to students who have secured 60% or higher in their qualifying examination. Apex University provides scholarships for its UG & PG courses on the basis of academic merit. Eligibility for the scholarship is based on the 10+2 or graduation percentage, as mentioned below:

Apex University Other Scholarship

Apex University offers special scholarships to support students and their families:

  • Apex Loyalty Bonus - 10% fee waiver for students continuing from any Apex institution.
  • Sibling Scholarship - 10% fee concession for one sibling, continuing even after the other graduates.
  • Girl Siblings Scholarship - 10% fee concession for both sisters, valid for the full course duration.
  • Staff Family Scholarship - 50% fee waiver for wards, spouse, or siblings of staff with 2+ years of service.
  • CRPF Bonus - 40% fee waiver for children of CRPF personnel.
  • Armed Forces Educational Welfare Scheme (AFEWS) - 20% fee concession for children of Armed Forces personnel.

Apex University Scholarship Eligibility Criteria for Renewal

  • No semester or year drop is allowed.
  • Maintain at least 75% attendance in all theory and practical sessions.
  • Secure a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA/SGPA of 6.0 in each semester (first attempt only).
  • For CBSE students, marks are calculated from the main five subjects only.
  • Scholarships are disbursed in the even semester, after 50% of the course fee is paid on time.
  • Multiple scholarships cannot be combined, except EBR and alumni scholarships, which can be combined with others.

Scholarships are not applicable for the following programs:

  • Bachelor’s Programs: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Clinical Psychology), B.Ed General, B.Ed Special Education, BMLT, BRT, BOPTH, AHDP
  • Diploma Programs: D.Ed. Special Education, D.Pharm, D.El.Ed, DMLT, DRT, DOTT, DOPTH
