AU LLM FAQs
Ques. Is the LLM Corporate Law programme at Apex University recognised, and what are the career prospects after completing it?
Ans. The LLM (Corporate Law) at Apex University is offered by a UGC-recognised private university in Rajasthan. Graduates can pursue careers as corporate lawyers, legal advisors, compliance officers, contract negotiators, and intellectual property lawyers. Many graduates also go on to work with banking and financial institutions, regulatory bodies, or pursue academic and research roles. The programme's focus on practical training through case studies, contract drafting, and arbitration projects makes graduates job-ready for corporate legal advisory roles.
Ques. Can I get admission to the LLM programme at Apex University without appearing for CUET PG?
Ans. Yes, you can. Apex University fills 50% of its LLM seats through AUCET (Apex University Common Entrance Test), which is the university's own entrance exam. You do not need to appear for CUET PG to be eligible for these seats. You can register for AUCET directly on the university's official website by paying an application fee of Rs. 1,000. CUET PG scores are used for the remaining 50% of seats.
Ques. What is the actual total fee for the LLM Corporate Law programme, and are there any hidden charges?
Ans. The total tuition fee for the 2-year LLM programme is Rs. 1,40,000 (Rs. 35,000 per semester). However, students should be aware that additional charges such as application fee (Rs. 1,000), enrollment fee, examination fee, and uniform fee are charged separately and are not covered under any scholarship. Hostel charges (if opted) are approximately Rs. 15,000 per semester for non-AC rooms, excluding food/mess charges.
Ques. How does the scholarship system work at Apex University for LLM students, and can I combine multiple scholarships?

However, only one scholarship can be availed at a time, with the exception that the Early Bird Scholarship and Alumni Scholarship can be combined with other schemes. To continue receiving the scholarship in subsequent semesters, you must score at least 60% marks in each semester in the first attempt, maintain 75% attendance, and not take any semester drop.
