Campus life is good with gender ratio almost being even diversity is huge there are a few international exchange students also. Extracurricular activities are exceptional with club for every activity be it dancing, photography, singing, social work ,technical clubs sports tournament's are also held with good coaches.

Graduation mark sheet as the qualifying criteria followed by Interview. I chose IILM-G as being an Management lover by profession, I wanted to leverage those skills as well, hence went for PGDM. I had a passion for Energy Industry since I feel it is industry which is always in demand Interview mostly test on motivation to join college, why domain specific MBA.

I have passed my graduation examination in the year 2012. I had chosen this college because they have excellent exposure in the Indian job market and besides these the faculty of this college are mostly from Indian corporates and they have vast experience.

I took this college on the basis of my graduation degree marks and by test in campus followed by interview which took little time of mine but i got admission in this college. I have already done BCA from other college which is a good experience of mine that's why i took admission in this college.

Gender Ratio was fine, u can say that it was 3:1. There were number of extracurricular activities used to happen now & then like science quiz, debate competition, essay, arts etc.There were some students studying in batches from nearby countries.

The seniors were really supportive and always enthusiastic for any event/ cause which IILM-G was involved with. They participated actively in campus initiatives and helped students in placements as well in their network/ organizations. We also have a dedicated Alumni fund which is used for student welfare activities and timely contributions are made from seniors/ alums in this regard.

Everything is good you enjoy your college days here. But at the same time you need to be also active in your studies as the open culture also leads to poor marks in your exams.You can make out the level of alumni network. Its world wide in very field we know. You will find most of the CEO level employees are from IITs. And it always good to connect with them. College regularly Alumni meet across the globe.

IILM-G has constituted a Women Committee to discuss and deliberate upon issues related to dignity, safety, prevention of sexual harassment of women at work place and overall development of female employees. It is a broad based body headed by chairman of the institute and a female Faculty of the Group and has more than fifty percent female members.
