Anna University Regional Campus Coimbatore Campus covers 130.33 acres and is well-known for its skilled faculty, good infrastructure, strong ties with industries, and solid placement support for students. The campus includes a computer lab with LAN and internet access, a seminar hall that can seat 1000 people, audio-visual facilities, and LCD projectors in all classrooms.
Library: The library holds a collection of 22,196 books, 2,291 reference books, 250 CDs, 128 donated books, 202 bound volumes of journals, 4,015 project reports, and maintains subscriptions to 355 journals. The library is undertaking the binding of 2751 volumes of journals. The Digital Library is equipped with 32 computer systems and high-speed internet, offering free access to over 10,000 electronic journals, including e-journals, magazines, and conference proceedings, along with web-based resources and multimedia content such as CDs, project reports, and internet browsing facilities through the institute-wide network.
Sports Facilities: The Department of Physical Education, part of the University Sports Board, actively promotes sports and games alongside academics. It participates in zonal and inter-zonal tournaments for both men and women. The facilities include indoor games like table tennis, carrom, and chess, as well as outdoor games such as badminton, kabaddi, volleyball, football, and cricket.

Anna University Regional Campus Coimbatore provides accommodation to both boys and girls who wish to reside in the hostel. There are a total of 33 rooms in each hostel. A total strength of 360 can be accommodated, with boys 140 and girls 240 in both Hostels. Every student who has been admitted to the hostel is required to pay the prescribed hostel fee and establishment charges along with a refundable caution deposit. These charges are subject to revision from time to time. The mess operates on a DIVIDING SYSTEM basis and caters to the taste of students. Messes are equipped with excellent furniture and purified RO water, and CCTV cameras are provided for security purposes.

The fee structure for all the courses is around INR 40k-45k per year and thus it is much less than INR 70k per year.
