Chaudhary Bansi Lal University (CBLU), Bhiwani is a prestigious state university established by the Haryana State Government in the year 2014.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University currently offers postgraduate and research level courses in the disciplines of Physical Science, Life Sciences, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management and Commerce, with a yearly intake of over 1200 students. Postgraduate programs are offered in 19 departments. A total of 12 seats is offered for Ph.D. programs in five disciplines.

Candidates seeking admission to any of the programs offered by CBLU can apply online through Kurukshetra University CET portal.
Payment of application fees can be made through online mode via. credit card/debit card/ net-banking.
For admission to M.A. programs, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% minimum.
To be eligible for M.Sc., candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 45% marks.
Management candidates can apply with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline provided they have secured at least 45% marks in the last qualifying exam.
Ph.D. candidates should have a master’s degree in the relevant discipline to be eligible for admission.
Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the CET conducted by Kurukshetra University.
M.P.Ed. candidates must pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) in addition to qualifying KU CET.
Management candidates need to clear the GD-PI session after qualifying the CET.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University offers postgraduate programs in the disciplines of science, humanities, management, pharmacy and physical education. There are eight M.Sc. programs, seven M.A. programs, three MBA specializations, three M. Pharm specializations including M.Com. and M.P.Ed. that are currently being offered under its PG wing.

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline. All candidates are required to score at least 45% marks in the last qualifying exam as a mandatory eligibility clause. Selection is done on the basis of marks secured in KU CET.

Key Points for Admission:

Minimum percentile of marks required by SC/ST students for admission purpose is relaxed by 5%.
M.P. Ed. candidates must compulsorily pass the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) conducted by KUK University.
MBA candidates must clear GD/PI in addition to qualifying the CET.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University Ph.D. Admission 2024

CBLU offers research level degree programs in up to five specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to these programs is a master’s degree in the relevant discipline with 55% aggregate. Selection is done on the basis of Institute level entrance test/counselling conducted on university level. It is mandatory for all Ph.D. candidates to qualify UGC NET/JRF.

Key Points for Admission:

Candidates applying for Ph.D. programs can apply for not more than two subjects (main and allied).
A minimum of 50% marks is required for SC/ST candidates in order to seek admission to Ph.D. programs.
Candidates who have qualified UGC/CSIR-JRF are given first preference.
Pre-Ph.D./ M.Phil. candidates are exempted from taking the entrance exam.

The university students are eligible for various scholarships/stipends granted by the schemes of the Central Government and the Government of Haryana.

Chaudhary Bansi Lal University Application Process 2024

CBLU has different application process for PG programs and Ph.D. programs. The detailed application process is as follows:

For PG Courses

Candidates are required to fill the online application for centralized counselling by visiting Kurukshetra University.
Once successfully registered, the candidate will have access to the online application form which should be filled correctly and in full.
Candidates are required to keep scanned copies of photograph, signature, Aadhar card and all other requisite documents handy at the time of filling the application form.
After submitting the application form, application fee of INR 600 has to be paid via credit/debit card or internet banking.

For Ph.D. courses

Candidates applying for Ph.D. programs can obtain the application form from the university website.
Alternatively, he/she can also collect a copy of the prospectus and application form from the university’s admission cell by paying the prescribed application fees.
Self-attested copies of all relevant documents must be enclosed along with the application form for submission.
Payment of application fees can also be made via demand draft.
Candidates must attend the counselling or personal interview session on the assigned date for his/her candidature to be valid.

Ques. Can I take admission in the Ph.D. program without having passed in UGC NET?

Ans. All Ph.D. candidates must have a valid score of UGC NET/JRF. The final selection is done based on the university level entrance test and counselling sessions.

Ques. What is the fee structure of M.Com at CBLU? Is it available in distance education as well?

Ans. The entire fee for M.Com is INR 16,300. No, it is a full-time program and it is not offered as distance education.

I had to do B.pharmacy because I wanted to become a drug inspector. There are a lot of scope available in this course like after graduation one can do master degree. After that one can also do PhD and can get job in government company and can also go into teaching line.

Admission:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent in the Science stream and with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Bachelor pharmacy forms are available on Google in the months of July or August. If I take admission then the fee for doing this course is Rs 40000 per year and it will be completed in 4 years. After doing B.Pharm, you can easily get a certificate according to which you can start your own startup like a medical store, etc. Apart from medical stores, consulting pharmacy export business can also be done. Job seekers can also join big medical companies after completing their studies.

The admission process was easy. First of all login Admission Portal Haryana. After the merit list will out you have to submit the fees. I don't think there is a need for any improvement in the admission process.

Admission:

The admission process is not easy or tuff. An entrance exam will be held on campus and after you clear the entrance exam you can get admission after the merit list will out. The application process will be online.

Admission:

There was a cutoff list. Your 12th-class marks should be more than 75% and you must have a bachelor's degree as well. There is an entrance test if you clear it you can get admission. You can collect the form from the respective department.

CBLU OVERVIEW

Admission:

The admission process is very easy. just apply through the official website and submit the form completely with proper documentation. There are some courses where the entrance exam is not mandatory. Just on the basis of maril list like psychology course. For this course, any entrance exam is not taken. SC, BC's like reservation approved.
