- Assam University has revised the schedule for the PhD Admission 2024-25. The last date for submission of online application form is Dec 06, 2024. The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Entrance Test and Viva Voca will be on Dec 13,2024 & Dec 14, 2024. Assam University Diphu Campus offers MA, M.Sc. and M.Com. Courses at the PG level. The University offers the M.Phil and Ph.D. courses in 8 specializations. The university also offers the Post Graduate Diploma course in Entrepreneurship and Innovation specialization.
- Candidates can apply to all the courses at Assam University online through the official website of the University.
- Candidates who have passed a three-year degree course in a relevant discipline are eligible to apply for the respective PG courses.
- Admission to PG courses is done on the basis of scores obtained in a written test conducted by the University and on the basis of performance in the personal interview and merit in the qualifying degree examination.
- Candidates who have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with 55% marks in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the respective M.Phil courses.
- Candidates who have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or an M.Phil degree with 55% marks in the qualifying examination are eligible to apply for the respective Ph.D. courses.
- Admission to Ph.D. and M.Phil courses will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the Combined Research Entrance Test (CRET) 2021, conducted by Assam University, followed by a performance in the personal interview.

Assam University Diphu Campus MA Admission 2024
Assam University Diphu Campus offers MA course at the PG level in 7 specializations. The MA courses have an intake of 300 students.
Applications to the MA courses will be accepted from candidates who have passed a three year BA degree in a relevant discipline from recognized university.
Admission to MA course will be done on the basis of scores obtained in the written test, followed by a performance in the personal interview and merit in the qualifying degree examination.

Key Points:
- The written test will be conducted by the University.
- Candidates who have taken up Hindi as MIL at the 10+2 level are not eligible to apply for the MA (Hindi) course.

Assam University Diphu Campus M.Sc. and M.Com. Admission 2024
Assam University Diphu Campus offers M.Sc. and M.Com courses at the PG level. The M.Sc. course is offered in 4 specializations and has a total intake of 118 students. The M.Com course has a total intake of 40 students.
Minimum eligibility for M.Sc. program is a minimum three-year degree with minimum 45% marks in relevant discipline from recognized university. For M.Com, candidate must pass in a three-year degree course in commerce with 45% marks in the Major / Honors or 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
Admission to the M.Sc. and M.Com courses will be done on the basis of scores obtained in a written test, followed by the performance in a personal interview and merit in the qualifying degree examination.

Assam University Diphu Campus offers the M.Phil and Ph.D. courses at the doctorate level in 8 specializations.
For M.Phil course, candidates must have completed Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with 55% marks in the qualifying examination. Whereas for Ph.D. course, candidates must have completed Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or M.Phil from a relevant discipline with 55% marks in the qualifying examination.

- A student of Assam University whose M.Phil. Dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending is also eligible to apply for the Ph.D. course at Assam University.

I applied in Assam University and got selected through entrance. The eligibility was to crack the entrance and then there was Personal interview and they ask questions related to Graduation and then they let us know.
Likes
- The thing I liked the most was the environment. Its environment is full of green. The campus has mountain views. It also has rubbed cultivation tree.
- The campus is quite beautiful. It also has health department.
Dislikes
- The weather of the university is too hot due to lack of water and trees.
- There is scarcity of water. Pure water is not available all the time .
Admission:
Eligibility of the course was Graduate with 55%. Application form was available in University website. The application fees was around 800.There was also reservation benefits. Those students belonging to ST categories are given extra 10marks with entrance. Also those who are registered under AU in college, they too gets benefits. Sessionals are held weekly and of 14 marks. On the ithar hand, final exam are held for 3hours Also those who are affiliated to colleges under AU they are too useful for reservations. The only area is the there must be a wall clock so that students can write properly.

I chose my course for an of reasons: it was a subject I did at a level, the only subject I have found to completely and utterly grab my attention and interest me fully. studying it will give me a number of transferable skills I never thought of employability, to be honest, I've never been worried about my future. maybe a little naive, but I'd prefer to do something I enjoy for three years.

In 2016 I took admission in M.Com in Assam University Diphu. There was an entrance exam and the standard of the exam was at par with other universities and colleges. A personal interview was taken by the HOD and other professors of the department.

I choose this institution because it is the best College in Diphu. The teacher are friendly and helpful. The arts stream is quite nice. I got admission by an interview process. The interview was being taken by the college Director itself

My admissions to the college were granted on a merit basis. I applied to the college with all of my academic details and CAT exam scores. I got a call from the college for the counseling process, which included a GDPI round. PI holds 30% weightage in the selection process. It all went well and after the document verification process, I was granted admission. My cousin did his masters from PIMS college and he suggested this particular college and I am satisfied with my choice.
Admission:
Admissions are granted on the basis of CAT scores. Students have to apply with a valid CAT score. I downloaded the form from the official website of the college and submit it after filling out the relevant details. I was invited for the group discussion round, which was followed by a one-on-one Interview. I didn't face any trouble in locating the college and during the admission process.

First of all you must have to obtain B.Sc degree with minimum requirement of 50 percentage. After that you have to apply online at aus.nic.in for entrece exam.if you are eligible for entrece then you have to attampt 2 stage one is written examination and after that viva.if you are qualified than you can apply for the admission procedure.
