Candidates applying for UG Courses will be selected on the basis of Written tests, Evaluation of SoP, and Personal Interviews. MBA and EMBA Admissions will be conducted on the basis of XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ X-GMAT Scores. The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the Admission Test, Writing Ability Test, Group Discussion & Personal Interview, past academic record, and relevant work experience. Apart from registering for the national entrance tests, applicants must also fill up the online application form separately for the XIM University program, by logging on to the official website of the university.
Further for B.Tech and M.Tech admissions are offered on the basis of JEE Main score and XEEE Score, respectively. Candidates applying for PG and Ph.D. Courses will be called for Subject Tests, Presentations and Personal Interviews. The steps to apply online are given below:
Step 1: Fill up the "Login Details" to create and receive by email a unique XUBID/Login ID and Password for applying to XUB. Click here
Step 2: Log in with your XUBID/Login ID and Password. Fill up the Personal Details, Academic Details, and Professional Details, choose the program/s you want to apply for and the respective test option/s, and upload your photo and signature. Click on “Submit”.
Step 3: Pay the application fee of INR 1,400 (for the first option) and INR 400 (each for the subsequent option) through the Payment Gateway.
Step 4: After successful submission of the application form and fee applicants will receive a confirmation email regarding the acceptance of the online application form.

XIM University provides scholarships to deserving students. Students who are unable to pay their fees can get scholarships based on merit and caste. Mentioned below are the details for the same:
Merit Scholarship: Students with a 90% score in the +2 examination will be provided a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee only. This offer will be continued if the student secures a minimum CGPA of 8.5 in each of the subsequent years.
Scholarship for the SC, ST, Economically backward/Minority: 3 scholarships each/year/program with 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship for 1st year.
Meritorious scholarship: Toppers of each university program at the end of the year will get a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship.
Note: Career advancements courses like MBA coaching (CAT, XAT, etc.), CA, CS, and Indian Civil Services (IAS, IFS, IPS, etc.) will be made available on campus (on a payment basis).
XIM University has established a new campus at Nijigada, Kurki under Pipli Tehsil, situated at a distance of 20 km from the Old (XIM) campus. Classroom complex: The Classroom Complex includes air-conditioned lecture halls, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, multimedia hall, computer labs and an executive classroom. I applied for Xavier's college kolkata as well and got admitted there. My first preference was XIM University so I chose this college over Xavier's Kolkata. Admission process of XIM University was easy. They held an online interview and we got the confirmation letter after a month.

The admission was on the basis of interview which was a formality they will take you anyway. The admission process was little complex by submiting all the documents. The exams happens here twice every semester

The admission process was based on entrance exam scores like CAT, XAT, NMAT and XGMT which was an entrance from the university side.The students who couldnot clear cutoff in Cat, xat or nmat will be given chance to appear xgmt.Based on that merit list will be announced in 1st round, 2nd round and final round.

There was entrance exam, called XGMT and post that there was a PI round. The XGMT paper involved more quants and qualitative. The PI round involved the in-depth of urban management and urban planning. Knowledge of cities and urban planning is an added advantage.

Yes, the announcement if merit list is done very late.It might affect admission to other colleges. Moreover, the login portal provides wrong information at times. XIM University provides scholarships to deserving students. Students who are unable to pay their fees can get scholarships based on merit and caste. Mentioned below are the details for the same:
Merit Scholarship: Students with a 90% score in the +2 examination will be provided a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee only. This offer will be continued if the student secures a minimum CGPA of 8.5 in each of the subsequent years.
Scholarship for the SC, ST, Economically backward/Minority: 3 scholarships each/year/program with 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship for 1st year.
Meritorious scholarship: Toppers of each university program at the end of the year will get a scholarship worth 30% of the course/tuition fee as a scholarship.
Note: Career advancements courses like MBA coaching (CAT, XAT, etc.), CA, CS, and Indian Civil Services (IAS, IFS, IPS, etc.) will be made available on campus (on a payment basis).
