Avantika's truth

Likes

Peaceful environment, good teachers, hostel and canteen.
Bus availability is just wowwww, the hostel balcony is big and nice.
Fab lab is there , pantry is there , the orientation week was so nice , It was a really nice welcome.

Dislikes

Less crowd like less students cause it's a design college.
Mostly students are from pune, mumbai, Delhi... They are good but I wish there were more people from other places as well , I don't really vibe with them.
Too much assignments are given, it feels stressful most of the times.

Internships Opportunities:

Well I talked with the seniors and they seem satisfied with their internships. The internship starts from 3rd year. Many students get the job in second year too if their work is really great and likes by the jurors. I haven't given internship yet as I am in first year right now. But the maximum package I heard was of 10,00,000 . Depends on your ability and creativity.

Avantika university is great but…

Likes

Good faculty good curriculum of assignments
Veg food is nice. campus has dogs tooooo
Festivals celebrated widely. Unity encouraged

Dislikes

Campus very small. No fests. Very outskirts
Campus is surrounded by village for like 5kms of radius
Too difficult to get basic necessities. No stationary available. Main city is far far away. Non veg not available.

Internships Opportunities:

The college provides with an average package of 10LPA but because mine is graphic design my sole focus would be on freelance work rather than a full time job. Though my seniors got good packages and I'm hoping I get internships from college soon

The quality of life ex. The hostel rooms and mess food is really good.
The campus is very large and very beautiful
The faculty and infrastructure of the college is commendable

Dislikes

They have applied some unnecessary restrictions
Placement have not been going great for 2 yearss
Teaching methods can be unorthodox sometimes

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is available at college and students do get around 50k stipend over a course of a few months. I am not sure of the companies that have offered it. But it is based on your specialization....

Likes

The frequency of visitors from industry and exports
Available of all kinds of labs and equipment for the students
Well experienced faculty and constant workshop

Dislikes

The college in way in side the forest area
There is sometimes network issue and net is bad
Is not very safe to be out at night due to incets and animals

Internships Opportunities:

Their is a entire semester designate for internship and the placement for internship is 100 persentage here most of them are paid and the college guide you through every step of the internship and make sure the learning is being done

Very nice behaviour of faculty and the environment is so good

it was a great experience with memories and learning in Avantika university

Likes

atmosperse of the college and the vibes while events
Block teaching method for students to learn easily
faculty are so cooperative and incourage students for all the activities to participate in it .

Dislikes

fees are too much for a middle class family
placements are not good for the management students
the management is not good during the events

Placement Experience:

we are having good placements but its good only for the design students and ther placement coordinators are also not good over here I also don't accept much a high paid job from a bachelor's degree. even if we are scoring good we get low cgpa beacuse of some attendance theyneed a attendance of 75 percent in every session they held by thier side

I liked the college campus a lot and the faculty as well.
The environment is student friendly and really a place to look forward to pursuing higher studies.
The hostel facilities and mess facilities are continuously improving with committees enhancing them.

Dislikes

Sometimes the courses of various subjects are taken very leniently and not focused well upon.
A lot of times due to seasonal changes there are changes occurring to the infrastructure of the campus and it may be bad a lot of times.

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunities are fine and mostly all the students get internship paid/unpaid. Bajaj Tech, Deloitte, Google, Cognizant offer job internships annually. Projects are given to students for 2 months its usually a summer internship and students gain a lot of experience through these internships.

The campus is out of the hustling lifestyle of the city, hence no external disturbances
Indeed an unique way of teaching, focuses more on practicality than theory
Good set of faculties, who help us in all aspects

Dislikes

The mess food isn't up to the mark, no nonveg is allowed
No availability of materials in the campus
If you need to buy anything you need to travel for 30 minutes

Internships Opportunities:

The internship opportunities have increased in our campus, by the end of 3rd year students start going for internships. A student can go for atleast 3 internships and each intership is for 3 months each. The internship drive is really good as it makes you earn a lot of experience which thereby helps you to get placement opportunities. students thoroughly look forward to go for internships. There are opportunities for on site and remote internships as well
