JIS University B.Tech {Lateral} Computer Science & Engineering: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The total fee for B.Tech CSE Lateral Entry at JIS University Kolkata is INR 4,47,000 for the three-year programme, payable at INR 1,49,000 per year. The Sumedha Scholarship from JIS Group may cover up to 100% of tuition for students with 60% and above marks in qualifying exams. Hostel charges are billed separately.

Ans. JIS University accepts JELET 2026 (West Bengal Lateral Entry Test) for B.Tech Lateral Entry admission. Candidates may also apply through the JIS University Entrance Test (JET 2026). JELET 2026 registration closed on April 11, 2026, with the exam on June 13, 2026. Results are expected in early July 2026 (Tentative).
