Likes

Our college provides students with scholarships to help financially backward students and also students who are in need of help.
I can say that they are truly effective in their classes and also freely available to help students even at the non college days.
Placement opportunities for students are pretty much good as companies hire a lot more students from this university

Dislikes

I dislike the canteen food over here. They don't taste homely and i have faved stomach aches and loose motions frequently agter eating.
The dean and hod are very arrogant they don't support
The CSE department neglects extra-curricular activities to a point that its ridiculous.

Likes

Faculties they are not like teachers some them are like local guardians
Campus life is great, big campus and too many places for exploring
Food court and canteens they maintain hygiene and provide the great quality of food

Dislikes

Some of the facilities are great but some of them is egoistic
Faculties recruitment is not that great need more highly qualified faculties
Food quality and safety is great but price is not reasonable

They provide placement 90 % of the students you have to work hard for the placement provides various industrial programs tcs Capgemini Amazon wipro and various of them are available they provides job in feresher companies

My college life

Likes

I liked the campus infrastructures and buildings. The campus of bwu is huge.Each department has separate buildings and different libraries
I likes the cultural events that happen here .Like holi annual fest language programme, different english quizes, tech fests etc
I also like my faculties and teaches because thay provide a ravishing experience over here and teach us with all the best of everything they know

Dislikes

I dislike the canteen food over here. They don't taste homely and i have faved stomach aches and loose motions frequently agter eating.

Placement Experience:

Placements in Brainware are quite good and average package is of 500000 rs which is quite good.And if in case you are a good student and crack interviews properly then you might get even more packaged jobs.

A College must to be availed

Likes

Placement opportunities for students are pretty much good as companies hire a lot more students from this university
Lush green campus and infrastructure of the university is well maintained
Co curriculum activities throughout the year is good add on to the studies for overall growth

Dislikes

Canteen food are not that much quality good than expected because of the taste differences of different States students
For fees submission or any deposit that to be withdrawn is very much lengthy as you have to do 3-4 signs to take your deposit back
Too much strictness about the Id cards showing at the gate

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario is overall good than many other colleges. Also the placements opportunities are increasing every year so that more and more students are got placed. The average placement package is 3.6 Lpa and highest till yet is 14 Lpa.

The placement happening every year is pretty good as every year company coming here takes a lot of students who are eligible.

Dislikes

Courses for btech should be more in developer side rather than basic physics and drawing in first year
Food quality can be better in canteen as they are lagging in food quality

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college are pretty much good as the highest package goes up to 12lpa and an average package is 3.50 lpa. Also good companies arrives here every year and the number is also increasing.

Life at Brainware University campus

Affordability, Value for money, friendly faculty

Dislikes

Food, which depends upon your personal taste. I personally don't like it that much.
The fact that the university is only 7 years old, it still lacks quite a few infrastructure.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from last semester. Until now I haven't been made any offer, because I'm only in second semester. Highest package for 2021 was ?8 LPA, average - ?18000 P/M. Above 95% students have been placed as per their official data. I haven't thought about it yet. Whether I opt for corporate job, or practice, will depend upon the circumstances.

The life in brainware University

Likes

First of all the infrastructure is very good and the quality of education is upto the mark. The faculties are very supportive and they make sure to solve the difficulty of the students.
The university campus has two food court so we don't have to worry about our food or lunch. Food quality is also good. As we all know that bengalis make great food .
Each classroom has its own ac, and water facilities are also provided by them. Many extra curricular activities are also conducted here.

Dislikes

This university is in its eary phases and its still new so there are many things to improve.
Don't expect much more than education. Because the college location is in outskirts where the only thing that is available is food, rooms and education. Main Kolkata town is far away from this place.
If you are not a Bengali speaker then you may face trouble in understanding. But after a while maybe you will get adapted to it.

Placement Experience:

1.After 3rd -4th semester students are eligible for campus placements. 2. Companies like wipro,tata, Amazon, Infosys, byjous, and many more. Total 500+ recruiters are there. 3. Highest package offer was 36 lpa and highest package that locked was 24 lpa 4. 97% students get placed here in any course. 5. I am going to do litigation as well as LLM.

Infrastructure of the college is very good
It provide us a very good quality of education and it's a very disciplined college
All the faculty members as well as the teachers are very good and are very polite to all the students

Dislikes

The campus is little bit small in this college
College hostel facility is not proper and hostels are not maintenance is also not proper
Behavior of the canteen members are not okay but quality of the food is fine

Placement Experience:

Placement scenerio in our college is very good and our college also provide us, with soft skills classes and aptitude classes to proare us for interview and pre interview rounds in campussing. This year our placement is the best till date most of the final year students have managed to get a job and the average package is about 4.5 lpa

Honest Facts

Likes

The campus and ambiance is very good for a student
The faculties are very helpful and good and they reach the students if any problem arises

Dislikes

The food in the canteen is not good and very less hygienic but still students somehow manage to eat that
All the classes are not given the ac facility

Placement Experience:

Placement are given every year and the very renowned companies come to hire students. The companies are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, etc. There is a 98% placement every year with a good package for the students both UG and PG.
