Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering is an undergraduate engineering degree of four year duration. 10+2 pass students with science subjects are eligible to take admission in this course. Admission in most of the colleges offering Civil Engineering is done though any of the entrance tests conducted at national and state level.
Average tuition fee for this course ranges between 2 to 4 lakhs in most of the public institutes and 3 to 6 lakhs in private colleges. However there are some government colleges which offer this course at very less tuition fee.
Civil Engineering is not that much popular course of choice due to the software and electronics boom of the past two decades, which has pushed this field into the sidelines. But, with India’s growing economy and lagging infrastructure, it is becoming increasingly evident that India needs skilled, qualified and bright civil engineers like never before. Civil engineer can get placed in various public and private sector industries with a healthy remuneration. Average entry level salary package for a Civil engineer in his core job sector may range between 3 to 5 lakh per annum.

Fee structure is quite simple it has several components like basic fee (tution fee ,co curriculum fee ,exam fee etc) and transportation fee and such things + a hostel fee, if opted(laundry is exclusive and paid separately).
I got a scholarship based on my 12th % of 40000 per sem but to keep it continuing I have to score more than 7.0 in every sem. Fees are not too high for civil engineering and for a cse student it will be 2 lakhs more.
1. As you all know very well that B.Tech is a very expensive course hence the fee is high in the university but they provide you scholarships also by which you can take admission and complete your dreams. 2. Currently running scholarships in the university are as follows- a) 5% discount for those students whose father is in the army. b) 15% discount for the students who have Uttarakhand domicile certificates. c) One is the scholarship based on your JEE mains percentile or class 12th percentage. d) And another scholarship is based on your academic performance in every semester. If you get a good CGPA in the semester you will get an additional scholarship. 3. So many alumni get recruited in their university after completing the course with a good salary amount. That's why the placement rate of Graphic Era Hill University is quite good.
There are scholarship or concession for girl child, marks in intermediate and marks obtained in current semester.I am not aware of the loans provided by our college but hopefully they can provide loan to you.
As i have told above if you have domicile of Uttarakhand or resident of uttarakhad you will get 25%discount on fees. also if you belong to sc/st you will get benifit(although i think this is wrong as they belong to much much rich families than ours). they got laptop for free. alao if you are good in studies you will be awarded.
College provides scholarship to the students. Scholarships are based on the class 12 th percentage. And girls quota And Army quota scholarship are also there. And we get the same scholarship if we maintain our cgpa.
The college provide scholarship based on the 12th percentage student getting more the 95%are entitled to get 20000off in their tution fees also we have scholarship based on jee marks also our college provide education loan for students
There are severL scholarships offered by the university only. On the basis of 12th class percentage and on the basis of written exam which is held in graphic era university Many students are there on full scholarship.
Scholarship is given on the basis of class 12th board examination marks during admission time. Scholarship can also be avail on the basis of JEE mains score. But you can avail through only either 12th marks or JEE mains score
