Amity Mumbai BA Liberal Arts Admission 2026

Admissions to the B.A. (Liberal Arts) Honours/Honours with Research at Amity University Mumbai for the 2026 batch are currently open. Students can apply online through the Amity Admission Microsite by submitting their Class XII marks. Conditional admission offer letters are issued to students whose Class XII results are awaited. CUET-UG 2026 scores are accepted for merit-based and scholarship consideration, though students who have not appeared in CUET can also apply directly through Amity's own process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 10+2 (or equivalent) from a recognised board in any stream.
• No minimum percentage is specified for general admission; however, scholarship eligibility requires specific aggregate percentages (see Scholarships section).
• Students from any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts) are eligible to apply.

Admission Process

• Step 1: Fill the online application form on the Amity Admission Microsite (portal.amity.edu) and enter Class XII board marks.
• Step 2: Submit CUET-UG 2026 score (if applicable) for merit-based consideration or scholarship.
• Step 3: Receive conditional or confirmed admission offer letter via the microsite.
• Step 4: Monitor the microsite regularly for updates on admission status and fee payment deadlines.
• Step 5: Pay the semester fee online (or via other accepted modes) to confirm admission.
• Step 6: Report to campus on the programme commencement date with all required documents.
• Note: Application form fee of Rs. 1,100 has been waived as a humanitarian measure (as per current policy).

Amity Mumbai BA Liberal Arts Scholarships 2026

Amity University Mumbai offers merit-based on-admission scholarships to students of the B.A. (Liberal Arts) Honours/Honours with Research programme. These scholarships are applicable for the first year of the programme and are based on Class XII aggregate marks or CUET-UG 2026 scores. Over 50,000 students across Amity campuses have benefited from these scholarships. Sports scholarships and martyr's scholarships are also available for eligible candidates.

On-Admission Scholarships

• Scholarships are applicable on academic (tuition) fees for the first year only. Continuation in subsequent years is governed by the Amity Scholarship Policy.
• Aggregate percentage is calculated on English + 3 best academic subjects, excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or vocational/non-written subjects.
• Students must pay full fees initially; scholarship amounts are adjusted against Semester II fee payment.
• Scholarship applications must be submitted by August 31, 2026, and original documents must be submitted by October 31, 2026.
• Limited scholarship seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Scholarships do not cover security deposit or hostel/boarding charges.
• For continuation of 100% scholarship: students must secure a position in the top 5% of the programme merit list. For 50% scholarship: top 10% of the merit list.
• CUET-based scholarship is valid for 1st year only with no continuation.
• Corporate scholarships from companies such as Nokia-Siemens Networks and others are also available for meritorious students.
