CMR University offers a nurturing environment for student placements, actively engaging in placement drives and providing interview skills training. In 2024, the university successfully attracted some companies for senior students, showing a positive placement trend. During internship sessions, only a few students excelled with outstanding projects, while most completed their work for the sake of completion.

The fee structure varies based on seat type: management seats require Rs. 1,80,000 for the first year and Rs. 1,83,000 for the second year, whereas government seats cost Rs. 1,20,000 for the first year and Rs. 1,23,000 for the second year. Students with management seats can apply for the SSP scholarship provided by the government, while those with government seats can benefit from both the SSP scholarship and an additional scholarship from CMR University.
