Faculty , teaching is quite good in the collage and they are very helpful . they are likes friends
Great placement opportunities for the students many companies come to the university that provided great jobs and employment for the students so that the students don't have to worry about getting a job after a degree
The college is very vibrant and elegant style ways to embrace our selfies in here in the campus its very good and helpful.

Dislikes

Fees: the fees charged by the university are considered to be on the higher side, which can be a burden for some students.
7th semester students are eleigible for campus placement, last year many companies visited here but in big companies recruitment no students able to clear the screening round bcs of shit like study
They only provide scholarship to the person in cultural sport its not fair

My college Life

Likes

The building and maintenance of parul is awesome.
The food court so comfortable for chilling with friends
The uniform restrictions or not there in the campus

Dislikes

Hostel food those who are from south they can't est
Security very strict and disciplined but cared.
Classes will be full day of morning 7 to evening 4

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester the placement will begin the highly and talented are taken into the first batch some average will be taken as second batch and duolers will be taken as third batch. The these batches got there training according to their efficiency

The life at my campus

Likes

The campus is quite well maintained in this college
The event team is top notch they conduct very good events
The movie screening for the students in ground

Dislikes

The security rules are a bit tight and little strict
The fine amount is also a little as compared to the penalties
The timings are a bit off for going out of University

The placement cell in this university is very responsive when it comes to students they provide multiple opportunities for the students via interviews and preparation for them they have dedicated teams to help students secure jobs and internships.

Likes

Good staff are there for teaching and good communication
Campus is vibrant and teaching is also good
Good for MBa courses for better placement

Dislikes

Placement is slightly bad in engineering
There are too many students and it reason in placement
Job opportunities is less in college you should go for off campus

Exams are taken in two terms first mid semester exam and after that main exam that is end semester exam. After that in 1-2 months result is uploaded in college website from there every student can see their results

infrastructure is top class and events conduted by college
now our university is showing intrest in sports and all
it is best place to hangout with friends and vadodara itself is a beautiful city

Dislikes

as students increase the ratio of male and female is quite different
according to recent info fee is too high
few people from north are so racists and they wont make u good buddy with thwm not all only few

Placement Experience:

i dont think it has best placemnts u will get placements and companies but no guarntee that u get a job most of companys are fraud and stratups and they will hire us as intern and no fd guratee and no stipend is granted

Likes

Events and infrastructure and the vibrant campus
And the canteen foods sometimes i like very much
And the outlets and interaction between the stars of bollywood

Too much population in campus for placement

The placement of our college is very low in 1500 students there are no number of students that will get placed in companies one of my senior is placed in hr department after btech degree and others are getting 4 lakh or 3 lakh per annum salary

Knowing parul

Likes

The campus atmosphere is friendly and have all the necessary amenities
Teaching style of some faculty is very impressive
The food stole in the campus makes campus more joyful

Dislikes

The number of total student parul have approximately 30000 student that makes the college very crowded
Some faculty are not good in any field and does not have any experience of teaching
Also the old academic building classroom are not of good infrastructure

Placement Experience:

I think from 6th semester and parul university have a lot number of campus visitors like tcs,wipro,Infosys, and some multinational also the highest package secured by a student is about 44LPA and the average is about 5 lpa dont know the exact but about 60 to 65 percent i am thinking of getting a mba or a m tech degree from abroad

LIFE AT PARUL UNIVERSITY

Likes

infrastructure, gardens, security and night life
students usually roams with thier friends and they don't interact with others normally
faculty's are good enough to handle the students bute sometimes they get too strict

Dislikes

students are more in university so competition is more and rush will be there
old hostels and old buildings are there in campus which are not good to see
basically the course that i am pursuing in is in demand so everyone is taking that only due to this competition is getting high and placement is getting low

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester students become capable og campus placements the companies visits for picking up the students ate like TCS, infosys,etc the students who has minimum 7.5 CGPA are capable of sitting placements i have my plans after getting graduated

Likes

We get on campus placement and internship opportunities
The quality of social interaction is really good there is much to learn here
It's really good all facilities are friendly

Dislikes

I don't think there is nothing I don't like

Placement Experience:

We are eligible from 8 th sem and the campus placement is really good. Big companies like Microsoft, Google Amazon visit our campus for placement .The highest package is 45 lakh and average would be 6-7 lakh. There is also a startup opportunity for the students

Best and worst of the college

Likes

I liked sports very much every sport will be encouraged
Taste of the water is good and we can get hot and cold water of your choice
Hostel facilities are very well and fans and lights are in good condition

Dislikes

The distance between the college and hostel
The taste of the food is not nice regarding to taste
Dhobi is not nice they are not washing clothes well

The main reason to choose course among all of them is coding and I was passionate towards coding the time which was providing for the examination is quite enough according to the difficulty level during the examination

Likes

There will be everyday 1 hour outing for students without any permissions requirement which is best for relaxation of students
Environment provided by the university for the students relief inside the university
Cultural programs and events conducted by the university which includes motivation events with jollity

Dislikes

Since, i am from south i needed complete south food but even though they provide it won't be south food I give 2 out 5 rating for food(in mess)
Some lectures doesn't show interest to teach you and eknowledge you
In some instances clg will not stand on their promises (like providing hot water,etc..)

Since,I am still in the 1st year i don't exactly about the placements but as per my knowledge from my seniors the opportunities are a very low now and the average package is 4 lpa ,thereare only very few i.e one or two big placements like24lpa and32 lpa

What is your review of the meal quality and menu in the Parul University’s hostel?

The mess food in the hostel is served 3 times per day, however, it is closed on Sunday night. The food cooked is excellent and hygienic. They serve all types of cuisines, mainly Gujarati, Rajasthani, etc. Each day's meal is different based on the menu and you will be informed in advance of any daily menu changes. However, please note that there is no provision for non-vegetarian options.

How is Parul University for a MCA ?

Candidate shall have passed Graduation with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects, with a minimum of 50% for the Open category and 45% for the Reserved category from a recognized university. If a candidate doesn't have these subjects in Graduation then check for it in 12th or in 10th. The course is good at Parul University.
