The hostel provides rooms on a triple-sharing basis to accommodate the large number of students from various parts of India. It offers well-ventilated, spacious rooms. The mess serves food three times a day, with occasional sweet dishes and snacks, and milk is provided twice daily. Special meals are prepared on special occasions.
Despite the good management and maintained hygiene, some students feel the meals taste similar. Hot water is available during winter. A party with a DJ is organized once per session for hostel students. However, some issues include only one water cooler for three hostels, reports of poor food quality, lack of strictness, and misconduct among students.
The annual cost for staying in the hostel is Rs 60,000.
