Roorkee college of engineering is the best college. Good infrastructure, nice environment for study.Good hostel facility. Very good placement and nice infrastructure. The college also offers good opportunities for both academics and extracurricular activities, which I felt would help me grow in multiple areas. The safe and friendly campus atmosphere was another factor that influenced my decision.
