The Aerospace department's HOD is particularly noted for encouraging internships and extracurricular activities. Students are eligible for internships and campus placements starting from the 5th semester. Although the first Aerospace Engineering batch has not yet had placement company visits, they have participated in industrial visits.
Expected salary packages for graduates range from Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 20 lakhs, depending on individual skills. For tuition, merit students pay Rs. 96,000 initially via KCET, plus an additional Rs. 24,000 for campus development. Management students' fees depend on performance, up to Rs. 5 lakhs annually. OBC students are charged Rs. 2.5 lakhs per year, with SC/ST students receiving a Rs. 30,000 discount in their first year. UGCET qualifiers pay about Rs. 1.5 lakhs. Semester exams cost an additional Rs. 3,000 in government fees, and students must buy their lab records and notebooks.
