Thunchath Ezhuthachan Malayalam University provides with MA journalism and mass media course. To get admission, the students should have completed Graduation with atleast 50 percent marks. Then they will have to apply and on merit basis, they will be selected.

The university offers different facilities to the students. There is library, video lab, audio lab, language lab, theater for the students. Also the university has well designed sports grounds. The students also have the facility of hostel in the university.
