Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) Admission 2024: M.Phil Admission, Important Dates
Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) located in Kodaikanal is a university exclusively for female students which provides undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. courses in Arts, Science, and various other fields.
Admissions to Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) is conducted by preparing a merit list based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examinations for the various courses. For some courses, students have to qualify an entrance exam called TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test).
Table of Content
- Admission to MBA, M.Phil (Management) and Ph.D. (Management) courses have been announced. Students can download the application form from the university website.
- Admissions to other regular courses have not been announced yet. But looking at the dates from the previous year the admissions should start at the end of May and last up to the mid of June.
- Applications will be available online through the official university website so students should check it regularly.
In addition to the regular courses, MTWU also provides various undergraduate and postgraduate Distance Education courses. According to the university website, it will follow the Tamil Nadu Government Reservation rules for selecting the desired candidates. MTWU Undergraduate Admission 2024
MTWU offers a variety of undergraduate courses in different fields such as B.Com., BBA, B.A., B.Sc. and BCA. The university also offers a one-year B.Ed. course which is only available in Women's University College of Education affiliated to MTWU. For admission to UG courses, applications will be announced online on the official university website. Students can download the application forms online or get it offline from centers announced by the university. Students will have to pay INR 60 for the application form and INR 75 for the registration. Students can apply for their desired courses with separate application forms. After filling up the application form students have to submit or send it to the university along with the registration fees. Students will be selected on the basis of a merit list created by the university.
MTWU MBA Admission 2024
Students can apply for various PG courses offered by MTWU. The university has a plethora of PG courses available. The application release dates and other important dates will be announced on the university website. The university has already announced the admission for MBA courses. These are courses for which candidates will not have to give an entrance exam. The selection will be done on the basis of a merit list created by the university.

For MBA & MCA courses, candidates have to give an entrance exam followed by interview. Candidates can give the university entrance exam or apply through TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Exam).

Interested candidates can also apply for Ph.D. and M.Phil. courses offered by MTWU. Candidates will be selected on the basis of entrance exams and interviews conducted by the university. The university will announce the admissions for its Distance Education courses on their website. MTWU has approved study centers in Tamil Nadu and interested students can get their application forms and prospectus from there. Students will have to pay a fee for the application forms.

I have no idea because of my parents are forcing to join this college that's why I am joining this college. And they are comple me to go the college and prefered in Coimbatore college for me but I have a fees problem
Likes
- The atmosphere for studies. We have an outstanding view from the college.It is a peaceful atmosphere and nature friendly
- The climate here is sooo satisfying. We won't feel too much summer as compared to other districts
Dislikes
- There is no college hostel. It would be very difficult for students who come frm far away
- There is no playground. So the college is not much in to sports
Admission:
I entered the college through Merita quota. That is an allotment. I haven't been rejected from any other colleges but when I visited other colleges I couldn't see the discipline I expected, a lot of extra fees and also cheating with money in the name of add-on courses. There is no eligibility exam but the seats are provided on the basis of management seats and Merit seats. Merit seats are provided on the basis of marks which is code in your 12th board exams and management seats are occupied by praying money. You will be eligible for the scholarships if you are entering the college with a merit seat.

- Distance between the main gate and hostel.

I had many reasons for same .the internship and on -job trainings to conductd by the giant techs.because most of the time when I was ignored by a bunch of people was because they were threatend by my skills or my enthusiastic nature to climb high so I choose this university.

- Remedial coaching has facilitated peer learning, pair learning, and group discussion too.

- The buildings are bad in the college.teaching style is not so good
- In this college the rest room is very bad there is no water supply inth rest room

The most important eligibility is to pass in Higher secondary school in any stream. I got an application from the college campus directly. No improvement is needed it goes smoothly. Once we are eligible we will get admission there

I joined the college during the COVID situation. The admission process during COVID-19 was through a call. I visited the official website of my college and made my application. When my application was selected, I got a call from my staff and got my admission.
