NIT Tadepalligudem is recognized as an institute of national importance. NIT Tadepalligudem currently has 28 permanent faculties to strengthen the teaching process apart from 65 Ad Hoc faculties.

JNTU Anantapur ranks 4th among the top engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh by QS ranking. The placement rate is 80%, where a total of 430 students were placed in top MNCs. The faculty strength of the institute is 15 highly qualified members.

Admission process:

NIT Tadepalligudem

• The candidates must secure 45% marks for admission in BTech. 
• The selection of the candidates is based on the marks secured in JEE Main. 
• The final admission of the candidates is done through CSAB counselling.
• The total intake is 480.
• The cutoff required is in the range of 5885 - 11946.
• The fees required is INR 5.8 LPA. 

JNTU Anantapur

• The candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2.
• The selection in the BTech courses is based on the rank in EAMCET. 
• The total fees required is INR 4 LPA. 
• The cutoff required is 38251.
• The seats allocated are 120.

Placements:

NIT Tadepalligudem offered placement opportunities to 154 students in 2019. More than 30 recruiters have participated in the placement drive of 2019.

The top companies visit the campus of JNTU Anantapur every year. Around 5-6 companies get jobs in more than a single company with an average salary of INR 4 LPA. 

The top recruiting companies are Amazon, IBM, Cognizant, Microsoft, Voltas, Wipro, HCL, Infosys, Verizon, HP, TCS, etc.
