Amity University Ph.D. (Built Environment) Fees

The Full Time Ph.D. in Built Environment at Amity University Noida (RICS SBE) is charged at Rs. 50,000 per semester for the Noida campus. Over the minimum duration of 3 years (6 semesters), the total academic fee amounts to Rs. 3,00,000. A one-time Registration Fee of Rs. 10,000 and a refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 10,000 are payable at the time of admission, bringing the total payable amount to Rs. 3,20,000. Fees are paid semester-wise and are subject to revision by the university.

Master's Degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Urban Management, Urban/Regional Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Law, Architecture, Mathematics, or Sociology, OR MBA/MCA from any accredited Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 55% marks or CGPA of 6.0.
Candidates with a 4-year Bachelor's degree with minimum 75%/7.5 CGPA in the relevant field may be eligible for direct Full Time Ph.D admission as per UGC guidelines.
SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in minimum marks as per UGC regulations 2022.

Admission Process:
