Guru Nanak Dev University Regional Campus Gurdaspur Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

Students in semester 7 become eligible for placements. Tcs , aacenture , josh technology geneally visits our college. Previous year from a batch of 60 students. 30 students were placed . The highest package was of 10 lpa provided by josh technology and average package is 4lpa provided by tcs. Mostly 60-70 % students are placed in companie during placements. After getting degree i plan doing masters from iit . I have applied for gate exam for masters and preparing for it.

You are eligible for placement drive from 4th year. Usually students spend their 7th sem in internship and 8th sem in placement drive. Infosys and tcs are main recruiters but sometimes companies like Amazon may try come . The average package is 4-5 lakh per annum but students if work on their own can get easily upto 10lakh per annum. The highest one last year 2023-2024 was 40lakh per annum. The % placement was around 30-40% depending on the batch. Some students also prepare for gate and dont appear for placement drive and some students also prepare for government exams who dont appear in placement drive.

The placements are good but average package is not that high its just 3.5 LPA but several companies come for placements like TCS, AMDOCKS, WIPRO, INFOSYS. As it was recession this year most Of the companies did not came.

After passing the 6th semester Student are eligible for campus placements. TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, ZScaler, Josh, etc. The highest package is 17 LPA, the average package is 5 LPA, and 25% of students are getting placed. I want to become a software engineer.

The campus placements are conducted in the final year. Companies come and test the student's abilities and then they choose the qualified students. The students should get a 7 cgpa Or above to sit in the campus placements.

After completing the course, you are eligible for campus placements in the eighth semester. You should have good skills in computer science subjects to get a good placement opportunity. The average package provided here is 3.5lpa and the highest package is 6lpa.

After 7th semester you are eligible for the College placement. Various companies like Wipro, TCS, TCS ninja, Accenture, Capgemini make offers to the students. Total 80%of students got placement offers in our college in the last year. According to my TCS ninja offers most of the students and provides more placement offers as compared to other companies.
