RIMT COLLEGE

Likes

Infrastructure was very good. It has a good campus
Sports facilities are also very good. There are many tournaments organized there. Also at my time there was a sports mela.
Teaching quality is also good as compare to other colleges around. Most Teachers were very much qualified.

Dislikes

There was no college placement after the last semester. That was really bad.
Hostel mess was hygienic but quality wise food was not upto mark.
There was goon culture in the college. I just hate that.

Admission:

I chose this college because it was at rank 3 in Punjab Technical University ranks and also many fellow state people had chosen this college. But that was not only reason. This college was overall best in academic purposes. There is not a good reputation of colleges in many areas of punjab. They keep there record good by handing good marks to there alumins in internals. But RIMT college was not like that. If you are good enough only you will getting through. Admission process is simple. Simple interview to know you enough. Then you are admitted.

Very good university for medical student

Likes

Beautiful campus of university and college
Boys and girls ratio are similar and many students study in this university
good Hostel room and in one living 2 student

Dislikes

University class are connected 9:30 to 4:30
And university conduct many functions for student
University take charge of function entry

Admission:

This university fees structure affordable for middle class students. and admission process are very easy. It is a given good knowledge about course. For admission you call on university admission helpline number

Make more classes for students and provide carrer counseling lectures

A brief review about RIMT university

Likes

Our college provide well facilities for sports .
The faculty is not as better as other departments have which i feel should be improved.
infrastructure is very good and learning facilities like library is there the best thing.

Dislikes

outside transport system is not better which i think all the colleges go through this.

Admission:

I directly gone to RIMT university for bsc. Rit without applying for other universities. I somehow get a chance to knew a consultant who told me about the university, that's how i got there, you will easily get admission there.

I didn't apply in other colleges. I applied in RIMT University and booked my seat there. The admission process was very easy. One should have completed BTECH. Some students choose integrated course where BTECH and MTECH are done together

I like the all facilities of my college. I give all the advantages and disadvantages of my education and college.

Likes

I like the college because the area of my college is very huge . There are large campus area . There are number of parks and gardens where students spend their time and talk with their friends. Their are one football ground which is very big in size.
The teachers of my department is very calm and professional teachers . They all act as friends with us . The teaching method of my teachers is very gud because they taught all the things to us in a very easy way . And they teach to think out of box.
If I talk about my friend and social interaction all my batchmates are really very nice . There are number of international students who studied in a college and they behave very nicely to us. Also my senior share their experience of their placement.

Dislikes

I dislike the system of fee . Because some students have some financial problems they can’t pay much fee and the fee of college is very high. So I think they need to Provide all the education and other facilities in a least money.
Some students misbehave in college campus and some students didn’t join the classs regularly so the comfort zone of another student they spoiled. Some students could not cooperate with teachers which I don’t like so college need to take action.
When we paid the fee in an office so we need to wait in a queue for long time which is very disappointing . The staff of department need to collect the money from the class and paid to the admission cell so that next day students take receipts.

I also applied for the other college because I thought that in India there are number of colleges which provide better education but some colleges staff could not behave nicely like punjabi university patiala staff. Then I apply for another Coll but they are fake they just took adminission of students and can't provide education. So then my friend suggest me to study at RIMT university because he also studied there and I also like the college and the facilities of the college . The staff and students are very good and I like the system of college. The admission process of my college is they don't take any exam directly take admission. Then they need some certificates and 12th & 10 th marks sheet. So they have proof that student is able to study in a college and they also give 10,20,30 % scholarships to students according to their percentages in board classes .

I chose RIMT because it is near my hometown. Making it a convenient option. I also applied to few other colleges but I preferred rimt due to its affordable fees and and decent faculty. This college also has a balanced curriculum that focuses on practical skills.

Staff i good maintained and ver eco friendly with everyone
The campus is very much better than others
Most of the students are from Jammu and Kashmir and other foreign countries

Dislikes

That the university is not having good environment like it is located in the industrial area
The hostel mess is not good enough they make very un hygiene food
And they charges the late fees time to time every semester

Because my elder brother suggest me that this clg is good for you so i choose this clg n literally like this university gave me my homie feelings . And the best part of it was the ratio of the students was Kashmiri

Rimt is safe place for girl’s. It has good campus. Warden will call your parents first to go out

Dislikes

Less staff. They don’t take us to clinical practice.

I didn't applied to any other universities because i had no chance. I got admission through counsellors. I had no idea i was coming here i had to do my packing in 1 week and i just came here without any second thoughts . It was basically parents pressure. My dream was to do pharmacy or phsycology.
