Likes

Responsiveness of the administration in critical situation and student safety issues.
Cleanliness of the college, this college campus is so clean, unlike the other medical or dental colleges.

Dislikes

The campus, lack of trees, gets so hot in summer.
The faculties and their teaching is good but quite unreliable and unpredictable, like after studying hard and giving your all potential in the exam, still you can't be sure if you gonna get promoted to next year or not.

Faculty:

The faculty-to-student ratio is near about 20:100 per department. The faculty credentials: Most of the teachers are MDS in their respective departments. And their approach to teaching is not good but not that bad too, they actually come to read slides from the presentations they made about the topic, but sometimes the do doubt clearing too. I don't interact that much with the teachers because their approachability is not that good or student friendly. (exceptions excluded)

Infrastructure is good, professors are very helpful, promote research work

Dislikes

Transportation is well enough but not good
Auditorium is not functioning quite often.

Faculty:

Every department have an average 5-7 teacher. But teachers telling clinical aspects so very much helpful. all faculty have MD in their respective fields. Teachers are very easily approachable. so your work done easily

As we are first batch of RGMCH teachers were very supportive to us
The new college campus is too good ... especially the lecture theatres , auditorium, playground .... Different canteens at different buildings (boys, girl's, and academic)

Dislikes

The distance from the campus to the hospital is around 3-4 km....which is difficult to manage... although college provide bus for students in college hours
Connectivity to the main road is bad.... No proper road is there to connect it with the highway..... The weather is too harsh here , i.e too hot in summer (40-42°c) and too cold in winter (4-5°c)

Faculty:

enough faculties are there. we can contact them whenever it's required. we can contact them over a phone call also. some teachers are always there. For clinical teachers it's actually tough to get all of them at a time as all the doctors are from Kolkata (around 400km away). but somebody is always there for help, can be it study related or personal problem whatsoever

Teachers are very friendly and the infrastructure is very good
There is no ragging in the campus, ragging free campus

Dislikes

As new college some of the construction is also going on.

Faculty:

Faculty of all the department anatomy physiology biochemistry are extremely good. They are very experienced teachers coming from various old medical colleges from Kolkata toom They are always helpful and free to ask any doubts. They make practicals very easy.

The teaching faculty of every department is top notch .
A Good campus to study for 5 long years .

Its developing so classes are not air-conditioning but will be done soon
The college is at a secluded place nothing fun to do around here except city centre haldia .

The Campus of college is beautiful with full of greens, it consists of Gymnasium for both boys and girls, Boys and girls hostel , playground temple and a medical college in its campus

Dislikes

The distance form Kolkata is a bit long, other than this the climate around the place is hot at humid but for acquiring knowledge we should overcome that

The faculties are truely very dedicated towards their duty , not only within college ours they follow our the academic track record of each and every students very carefully and do the needful. Faculties helped a lot with their hands on skills which are very effective for the students for opening private dental clinic

The ambience is good a positivity is felt around. The teachers are helpful, classrooms are big for both educational and curricular activities.

Faculty:

The number of students and the Roll No. Decides the Groups of the Student . Half strength is in Group A and rest in Group B . The faculty provided here are sufficient for each group in practical works . In theory classes we have 2-3 professors taking a particular topic in dentistry. The faculty teaching the MBBS subjects , they are very nice , always ready to help . They never look down on us . Teachers are always ready to help , whenever we need them in college hours . The Professors here are professional and help us to be the best person first , they guide or I will say by seeing them the way they carry themselves , so polite with patient, well dressed , the confidence. Help us in betterment of ourselves.

Faculty:

The faculty all in my college are mostly MDS. The college faculty are very helpful and if the student has the interest to learn they would gladly help them to do so. Coming to the patient flow, it's great. I, personally think that it depends on the student whether he or she wants to learn or not.
