WBSU BA English: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college is dedicated to providing strong support and mentorship to students, focusing on effective teaching. While some faculty members may not always be cooperative, most fulfill their roles well. The institution is culturally rich, and exam questions range in difficulty. In the honors department, a notable 80% of students pass their exams. The education is affordable, with tuition fees and other charges kept under 5000 INR until the second year. For the 2022 admissions, the fee was 1635 INR, with the 2023 first and second semester fees at 1875 INR and 2280 INR, respectively. The 2024 third, fourth, and fifth semester fees are set at 3510 INR, 2280 INR, and 3210 INR, respectively. Although the college does not offer private scholarships, it supports the Swami Vivekanand Scholarship, available for students in class 12.
