They also provide loan facilities and have various scholarship opportunities as well which helps students.
I like the clean and hygienic canteen and water supply is very good.
I liked the campus life and the faculties are very helpful.

Dislikes

Faculties were good and they were helpful but some of the teachers were very rude.
Tution fees per month 5000 , complete course fee par year is twelve thousand,swami vivekananda with, nabann scholarship ar available for students but scholarship amount is not enough for this course, there is no job , no stipends
First year the iitian faculties were gone.we all requested our head of the department but he not respond. that's sad me very much ,we all are waiting those iitian faculties but failed.

My college review

Likes

Teachers are good in their respective fields.
The atmosphere of the campus is nice and beautiful.
The course fees are minimum so it is affordable for everyone.

Dislikes

Washrooms are not as hygienic as they should be.
Wifi connection is not up to the mark as it should be.
College building are old . It requires renovation.

Placement Experience:

My college offers very minimal placement for the branches of the chemistry and geogy. Few Chemical manufacturing companies of haldia visit our college for placement. The avarage package for placed students is around 240000 per annum. Very few students get placed via campus placement. College should focus on this area as early as possible. So as I come from the economics department I have access to the internships form my college. I want to do a good internships after my graduation.

This all of facilities are available in department such as Wi-Fi, labs, classroom, library and computer labs, digital classroom.
All teachers staff are very helpful for all students in this college.we proudly said that our college have more experience and knowledge teachers to teach us.

Best college for placement and practical learning

I strongly feel the behaviour of faculty members are very appreciable.They are helpful.
Our college focuses on practical learning along with theories to make studies interesting.
We have got a chance to do live projects and internships during our course.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements...There is 100% of placement record in our college..Many reputated companies like ITC, Nestle, Britannia, Himalaya etc companies come for placements of BM students every year.Highest package of 2k24 was 13.2L where average package offered is 5-6L..My plan is to get a good package and work culture job after getting the degree.

A natural and original things of a collage.

Likes

The garden area is nice. The course is desent for me.e
The faculty members are too good . the quentity of class is good.
This collage have also sports and sarvey .

Dislikes

The one of the bad thing is its placement quality.
Another bad thing is its ground ..it have not their own collage ground.
We are in a professional course but they not done professional dressup sence.

I can give my course 5 star.beacuse the sylabus is too good.but the minor subject are not good.the teaching meathod is too god ..they got our extra classes.per sementer we give two internal and and one extarnal exam.

There were mainly old and male teachers very less female staff
College campus was good clean neat and large.
Teachers were not very attentive update and friendly .

Dislikes

There were some rude teachers and not very knowledgable.
Canteen area was small and some water purifiers were broken
Some area was not clean but college was big

Many seminar and webinar were arranged to make us aware of the oractical world. Many good knowledgepeople come and give ys lecture about jobs career and life we kearnt alot if stuff in college days too.

The Best Government College for B.Sc. (Honours) Biotechnology in West Bengal

Likes

The college is Autonomous. So no need to go other exam centre, all the semester exams are conducted in our own college.
Echo friendly and clean and hygienic large government campus.
Teachers and teaching staffs are very friendly and kind person.

Dislikes

Football, cricket and other sports should be conducted.
Remove the students union. They don't do anything only corrupt money from college fund.
The controller of examination is not good. They always make students in trouble in the time of scholarship verification and late marksheet distribution. The worst server I've ever seen.

Placement Experience:

There are a little placement campusing happened from TCS and others companies. They should give more interest in campusing from more different government and private companies. The passed out and final year students are eligible for the campus placements. Tata Consultancy Services, etc visited and 40 offers made. Highest package 45000 per month. 40% students who are eligible got placement. I want to do further higher studies after getting the degree.

The college has very good environment for studies

Likes

The environment of the college is very calm and composed.
The teachers are very helpful in our studies
Good infrastructure of the classroom, library and labs

Dislikes

More sports activities can be added to relax a bit
Teaching methods needs to be improved by some of the teachers
Timing of the college is not very good as morning and day section are there

I love the subject so that's why I chose this course. The curriculum prepares me very much in the real world applications or further academic pursuits, the teachers need to be more friendly and more detailed in the teaching.the exam are very much difficult for the course.

The teaching experience is really good as all the faculties are always available for you and they encourage you in different extracurricular activities as well. I have engraved a new side of mine while studying here.
You will get to experience real time challenges through competitions on road provided by the college which will help you boost your confidence. You will gain Business experiences for few days, enhance yoir communication skills as well.
Many online books and articles will be provided to help you with the exams in semester and certifications.

Dislikes

Finance department do not get much facilities as much as marketing department gets. There is much politics between marketing and any other departments in BIBS
It doesn't matter how much effort you give in sports while in Finance batch, marketing batch only will be winning.
Teacher's politics and unfaireness regarding students of marketing and any other departments

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. PwC, EY, HDFC Bank, NJ Group, IDBI Bank, ICICI Securities, SBI Mutual Fund and they have made various offers in these companies. Highest package till now is 7 Lacs. The placement period is not yet over so can't say about percentage.
