NIU Noida B.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college maintains an optimal faculty-to-student ratio, with 60 students per class and 6 PhD-qualified faculty members, ensuring personalized attention and support. Students have access to placement opportunities from the 6th semester and can start internships as early as the 4th semester. The previous year saw an 81% placement rate for engineering students. The B.Tech program has an annual tuition fee of INR 130,000, plus a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000 in the first semester.

An IBM certification course is required at a one-time fee of INR 15,000 for the entire program.
