The training helped me improve my communication skills; the sessions were lively, and the industrial excursions added to the fun. There is no entrance exam, and the institution accepts direct admission (I received a 90 percent in my 12th grade). A candidate with a higher percentage is more likely to receive a call sooner than a candidate with a lower percentage.
