Mangalayatan University Aligarh Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

Mangalayatan University offers B.Tech (IBM Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science & Cyber Securiy) and Integrated programs at UG level. The basic eligibility for all the courses is a pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks. Admission to these courses is based on the MUJEE exam conducted by the university. The university also accepts JEE Main/UPSEE for B.Tech, B.Tech. Lateral Entry and Integrated Programs.

• Candidates need to appear for the MUJEE exam conducted by Mangalayatan University.
• Those who have a valid score in JEE Main/UPCET/NATA or any other exam are exempted from the MUJEE.
• The final selection is based on the Interview round.

At UG Level, The university also offers various courses such as BBA, B.Sc., B.Sc (Hons), B.Com. (Hons), BA, BA (Hons), BCA, B.Pharm, LL.B, BA. LLB, B.Ed. B.El.Ed. BHM, BFA. Candidates must have passed 10+2 to apply for any of the courses. In case, of B.Ed. and B.L.I.S, candidates must have passed Graduation.

Admission to all the mentioned courses depends upon the MUJEE or any other state or national level exam followed by PI. For some courses like B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), BA, BA (Hons), the university grant admission based on merit in the qualifying exam.

The university offers M.Tech in 4 specializations. Candidates who have passed B.Tech with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Selection is based on the MUJEE exam followed by PI. Students who have a valid score in GATE or any other national or state exam are also granted admission in the course.

NOTE - Candidates who have a valid GATE score are exempted from MUJEE and can directly appear fro PI round.

The university also offers MBA, MA,M.Sc., MFA, LLM, M.L.I.S, M.Ed., M.Com. and M.Pharm at PG level. The minimum requirement for these courses is a Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

Admission to MA, M.Sc., MA, M.L.I.S. and M.Com. is based on the merit in the qualifying exam. While admission to MBA, LLM, M.Ed. and M.Pharm. Is done on the basis of MUJEE followed by PI.

The university also accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/UPSEE score for MBA and CLAT score for LLM.

Key Points:

• For MBA, candidates who have a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/UPSEE are exempted from MUJEE.
• For LLM, candidates who have a CLAT score, need not to appear in the MUJEE exam.
• Such students will be directly called for PI round.

Mangalayatan University also offers Diploma programs under several departments. Candidates must have passed 10+2 to apply for these programs. 

In case of Diploma in Engineering and Agriculture, the minimum eligibility is a pass in class 10th with at least 45% marks.

Admission to Diploma is based on Merit or score obtained in MUJEE/Any other state or national level exam followed by interview round.

Candidates can also take admission in Ph.D. courses offered under different departments. The minimum eligibility for applying is a Master’s degree with 55% marks.

Selection to Ph.D. is based on the MUJEE/UGC-NET /CSIR NET/SLET followed by Personal Interview.

Key Points

• For candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer)/ Differently-Abled and such other categories, relaxation as per the decision of the UGC & Govt. of India will be accorded.
• Candidates who have already passed examinations like UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ SELT can directly appear for an interview.
• Students appearing for the final year of post graduation are also eligible.
