IFTM University Moradabad Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

School of Management in IFTM University offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma level courses in up to three disciplines. The areas of specialization include Business Studies, Commerce and Hotel Management. The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses is passing 10+2, for PG courses it is graduation, and for diploma a mere 10th pass. Candidates are selected on the basis of merit.

Aspiring candidates can apply for any of the programs listed under the School of Management by offline mode only. Duly filled copy of the application form should be submitted in person or by post on or before the last date. Application fee payment can be made either in cash or demand draft/pay order as desired. Application fees for all courses is INR 5000.

Note: Candidates must secure at least 45% marks in the last qualifying exam as a basic eligibility criteria.

IFTM University School of Biotechnology offers undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in the disciplines of Biotechnology, Food Technology and Microbiology. The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses listed under the School of Biotechnology is passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects of study with a minimum of 45% marks. For PG courses, candidates are required to at least have a graduate degree in Biotechnology or any discipline of Life Science with minimum 50% marks. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

Admission is conducted only through offline mode. Application form should be submitted in person or by post with prescribed fees of INR 5000.

Key Points for Admission:

• SC/ST candidates are required to secure only 40% marks in the last qualifying exam.
• UG candidates must compulsorily have Biology / Biotechnology at 10+2 level.

School of Sciences in the university offers undergraduate and postgraduate level courses in the disciplines of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany and Home Science. The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses is to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry Mathematics and/or Biology (as applicable), as the main subjects of study with 45% marks. For PG courses, candidates are required to at least have a graduate degree in Science with specialization in PCM/ZBC with 50% aggregate. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

Application process is strictly offline. Candidates have to submit application form along with required documents in the university office.

School of Pharmacy offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma level courses in various disciplines of Pharmacy. The areas of specialization include Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosyt. The basic eligibility criteria for UG and Diploma courses is to pass 10+2 and for PG courses to pass B.Pharm with minimum 55% marks. Selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam. A valid GPAT score can also be submitted for admission to M. Pharm programs.

Note: GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) is a three hour computer based online test conducted to select suitable Pharmacy graduates for admission in M.Pharm program.

School of Agriculture offers UG and PG level courses in the disciplines of Agricultural Engineering, Farm Machinery and Power Engineering, Soil & Water Conservation Engineering, Process and Food Engineering, Agronomy and Horticulture. The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses is to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology / Agriculture, as the main subjects of study and minimum marks of 45%. For PG courses, candidates are required to at least have a graduate degree with specialization in Agriculture / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering.

Note: 5% relaxation in marks is given to candidates belonging to SC/SC category.

School of Management offers UG and PG courses in Economics, English, Sociology, Geography, Hindi, Education, Political Science, Home Science, Library Science, Journalism and Social Work. To be eligible for UG courses candidate have to pass 10+2 and for PG courses to have a graduate degree in relevant discipline. A minimum of 45% marks in the last qualifying exam is further required for admission to UG and PG courses. Selection criteria is strictly merit based.

Note: Relaxation of 5% in marks is given to candidates belonging to SC/SC category.

IFTM University School of Management offers an undergraduate and a postgraduate program in Computer Applications. The basic eligibility criteria for BCA program is passing 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject and for MCA course is graduation with Mathematics at 10+2 level with minimum of 45% marks in the last qualifying exam.

Note: Lateral entry to MCA is also available. To be eligible candidate must have BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT) degree with 45% aggregate.

The university’s School of Engineering offers bachelor’s and master’s in engineering in various disciplines. For admission in UG courses it is required to pass 10+2 with PCM and a minimum of 45% aggregate. For PG courses, candidates are required to at least have a graduate degree with specialization in the relevant discipline with at least 50% marks.

Note: MCA graduates with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks are eligible for admission to M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.

School of Polytechnic in IFTM university offers diploma level courses in up to five disciplines. The basic eligibility criteria for these courses is a mere 10th pass with Science as a compulsory subject. Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the last qualifying exam.

IFTM University’s School of Education offers undergraduate, postgraduate and integrated courses in the discipline of Education. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Ed. is graduation; for M.Ed. is B.Ed.; and for integrated programs, it is 10+2 with at least 45% marks.

Note: 5% relaxation in qualifying exam’s aggregate is given to SC/ST candidates.

For admission to School of Law under various program requires candidate to have a graduate degree with a minimum of 45% marks for LL.B. and for LL.M. program students must score at least 45% marks in LL.B. The school also offers two integrated courses viz. BA-LL.B. and BBA-LL.B., the minimum eligibility criteria for which is 10+2 in any stream with at least 45% marks. Applicants for these programs are selected on the basis merit.

IFTM university offers doctoral programs in various specializations. Eligibility and selection criteria is as per UGC norms. Candidates must have a master’s in relevant field with 55% aggregate to be eligible for admission. Selection will be based on entrance test followed by a personal interview.
