College fees for a pharmacy bachelor are around 653000 and it increases per year. Hostel charges are around 120000 per annum. If the student is from UP then he/she will get an UP Scholarship of about 60000 per annum. If you are from Bihar, you will get a 400000 loan from the government yojna Bihar Student Credit Card.
