I opted for this course because I have always been a fan of Navy. Ships and oceans always fascinate me.I wanted to build my carrier here. The first time I got enchanted towards this field was through NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL(Mighty ships) episodes. Later on, I started gaining more and more information through the internet. There are broadly two ways of getting into merchant navy i.e Navigating officer & Engine officer. Specifically, I chose engine side because of my interest in Mechanical Engineering. Also the engineering side has more perks and benefits onboard a ship.

Canteen in the college should be improved and because we are students we might not have more money to offer expensive items so it will be helpful if prices of the products our little less expensive and

If you ask me the remark I can raise the positive because it gives me the career where I can develop my knowledge both generally and positive side thourough whichever can be used to be a good time to explore new ways of learning and smart ways of learning.

Our College is good in bringing out every student talent and make us talented one when we finish our studies ftom our College it is one of the best instutions in our College and we know that we are the best one

In marine branch there s no placements because the field is bit down because of lot of automatic operation are coming but deck side means bsc nautical science there are many opportunities more support

College is positive in terms of the staff and teaching facilities but negative in terms of placements.there is so many apportunities to develop our skills in practical knowledge by working in labs for hours and hours. Sometimes there is insuffiecient material problem appears but that can be solve in some times.so overall that is good.

I believe in this amount of fees my present college is very good and the facilities are good compared to other colleges. Coming to placement thing, it’s ur ability to grab the opportunity or not. Every month ur performance report will be sent to parent/guardian

Overall college is very good.but marine engineering field is down now days.getting job is very tough from outside.only by campus interview you can get job easily otherwise it's pity. Better don't choose this course.

One of the very rarest college / university which was located with in a city limit. That to very frequent local train facilities from all over the city. Nature friendly environment all over the campus.

I think it needs some space and good infrastructure more! According to other deemed universities, VELS university has the worst infrastructure.there is no space for roaming around too. I think this university need some good spaces when compare to another university.
