The college maintains a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:35, which supports personalized teaching methods. Each semester includes monthly internal exams worth 30 marks, with the top three scores contributing to the final internal score alongside a 70-mark semester exam. In the fourth semester, students participate in an internship program, teaching at schools, with evaluations by both school teachers and college faculty. During the eighth semester, the college ensures 100% placement for B.Ed students, with participation from international and CBSE schools, as well as university-owned schools.

Internships occur in the seventh semester, mainly at local schools, usually unpaid unless students achieve high grades and receive HOD recommendations for paid positions. The B.Ed program costs INR 1.2 lakh annually, with a tuition fee of INR 60,000 and an admission fee of INR 250. Alumni benefit from fee concessions, reducing annual costs to around INR 48,000.
