College life always best

Likes

Campus and infrastructure, peaceful surroundings
Cultural events and sports, and extra curricular
Bus fees free and clean infrastructure campus drive

Dislikes

ragging and some times students fight and disobey
they don't allow PG students for cultural program
Small Canteen no place for students to sit and eat

I rate my curriculam my course were good and disciplane comparing to other department. we should have listen for our future to make bright staff will teach but they don't scold us to listen whether you listen or not it is not my thing and they don't worry about that, so we should be carefull.

All about life at JIM

Likes

The infrastructure of our college qas really nice and neat
The placement opportunities helped me a lot to get settled in life.
The faculty members are highly qualified that made me get a placement in top MNC.

Dislikes

Nothing to say about dislikes of our college.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunity in our college was really good they were arranged from top MNCs and offered many job roles. Almost 98% of students got placement in many different top MNCs and also jn IT industry with best package of salary. My plan is to join top most MNC with higher salary package.

Staffs are so good to teaching. They effective communication with the students.
Safer place and near by the bus stand its very easy to the students and staffs.
College infrastructure was good and convenient to students.

Dislikes

Less Placement for the students who passed out.
There is no spacious ground for the students.
They needs to improve a college faculties.

Passed away in the 5th semester is qualified for placement. IDIB BANK insurance company came for the placement. The highest package is 15000/- for the placement. Above 60 without arrears is eligible for the placement.

Likes

I liked the environment it is friendly nature and social groups.
I liked the my department which organise extra curricular activities and several seminars.
Overall I liked my friend who motivates us to participate in all the events.

Dislikes

Transportation is one of the thing I disliked about the college.
Fees hike is also one the reason I disliked about it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am preparing for the competitive examination so I choose this course as a eligibility degree. Faculty are friendly and well-matured teachers they are experienced to teach all the students. They cleared tet and most of my faculty did PhD and m.phil. They interact with us and interpret their idea and lessons by practical as well as theory. They were two Cia exams and one-semester exam for 6 months in total in a year there were 4 Cia and two Semesters. The level of difficulty is moderate to difficult.

Remarks:

There were various factors. Few being Class size, Location inside BHEL, Alumni Reviews, Placements etc. These helped a lot in joining there. Admission process started around January. It was almost 2 rounds and it went well. PR team had done a good job.

Is there any entrance exam for Msc Biotechnology? In st.josephs college trichy.

No, you don't need to appear for any entrance exam for admission to MSc Biotechnology course. Admission to biotechnology course is done on the basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.
