BSAU Ph.D. (Actuarial Science) Fees
The Ph.D. (Actuarial Science) programme at BSAU is structured with a semester-wise tuition fee of Rs. 25,000, applicable for both Full-time and Part-time scholars. For the minimum duration of 3 years (6 semesters) for Full-time scholars, the total tuition fee amounts to Rs. 1,50,000. One-time charges including Admission Fee, Caution Deposit, Synopsis Fee, and Viva-Voce Fee bring the total programme cost to Rs. 1,81,500. The Caution Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is fully refundable upon successful completion of the Viva-Voce examination.

- Hostel accommodation is available for research scholars; hostel fees are charged separately and are not included in the above total.
- The Caution Deposit of Rs. 5,000 is refundable on completion of the Ph.D. Viva-Voce.
- Application fee of Rs. 1,000 is non-refundable and is paid at the time of applying online.
- Payment can be made via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI.
- Part-time scholars follow the same fee structure; the total fees will be higher due to the longer minimum duration (4 years = 8 semesters minimum, total tuition = Rs. 2,00,000).
- NRI candidates have a separate fee structure; refer to the official NRI Admission Procedure document on the BSAU website.
