Annamalai University MBA Eligibility

In order to be eligible for MBA admission at Annamalai University, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% marks (for general) and 45% marks for reserved category.

Annamalai University MBA Admission Criteria

The selection of the students seeking admission in MBA programs at Annamalai University is based on the following factors:

Marks secured in a bachelor’s degree
Marks scored in entrance exam, i.e., TANCET scores

Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview process. At the time of counselling, students must carry all the essential documents for verification purposes.

TANCET Exam Pattern

For the full-time program, you will have to appear for an exam. The exam will be for two hours and test the applicant’s analytical and language skills. The question paper will be of 100 marks with all multiple-choice questions. For every wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of ? mark.

How to Apply for Annamalai University MBA?

The entire application process is carried out in online mode.

Go to the official website of Annamalai University.
Click on ‘New Applicant’ option and select the MBA course option from the given choices
Enter your details and register yourself
After registration, fill the application form and upload the required documents.
Submit the form along with the payment for the entrance exam.
For general category candidates, the entrance fees amount is INR 1000. The exam fee is INR 500 for SC and ST candidates
Appear for the exam and wait for the results

Ques. Can I apply offline for the TANCET?

Ans. No, you will have to apply online. From submitting the form to making the payment, everything has to be done online

Ques. Is there any number of times anyone can apply for the examination?

Ans. The website does not restrict you from applying as many times as you want if you do not do well in your exam. However, it is advisable to apply once in order to eliminate duplicates.

Ques. Can I use the TANCET score for the part-time MBA program?

Ans. No, that is a separate program. The admission process for that is different. You need work experience for that, and TANCET scores mean nothing for the part-time program.

Ques. Does Annamalai University have placements after the course?

Compared to other universities, Every low fees structure my first-year course fees are 14000 and my second-year fee structure is 12500, and my exam fees are also a little bit off high nothing to say I'm very happy to pay for this type of low-level.

We must pay tuition fees, special fees, exam fees, and hostel if required. The hostel fee is very reasonable. The tuition fee is also cost worthy. The scholarship is available. Sc st scholarship, merit scholarship, and first graduate scholarship are available.

An overview of MBA course

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fees for MBA program in the first year is Rs. 14,050 and in the second year is Rs. 12,300 making a combined total of Rs. 26,350 for the whole course which is reasonable compared to other business school fees.

Best Distance MBA

The total fees for my course is ?62,300. The fees is to be paid in 2 equal installments of 31,150 each. The fees has been kept considerably low as compared other MBA colleges. The fees structure is flexible and students don't face any sort of financial burden.

Candidates applying to the Ph.D. programs should have to pass in Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) or in an examination recognized as equivalent to it. Annamalai University also conducts its own entrance examination for admission to the various pharmacy and Ph.D. programs. You can apply online from the official website of Annamalai University.

M.Phil programs are not offered in distance learning mode. Moreover, according to the New Education Policy of the country, M.Phil programs have been discontinued from the 2022-23 academic session.

Annamalai offers admission to its B.P.Ed program based on the merit of the Qualifying Examination, Sports and Games Participation, Games and Sports skill test, Track and Field Skill test, and Bonus marks for possession of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. You can apply for admission once you have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
