Jain Visva Bharti University offers BA, B.Sc., B. Com, B.Ed., Integrated B.A.-B.Ed. and Integrated B.Sc.-B.Ed degree courses at the undergraduate level. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with 45% marks in aggregate to be eligible to apply for BA and B. Com programs.

For B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology as subjects from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and written test and/or interview conducted by the University.

The merit list will be prepared for all categories based on applicant’s marks at 10+2, written test and interview. Applicants will be called for admission process as per the merit list. Admission to all the B.Ed. courses will be done on the basis of PTET score conducted by the Rajasthan Government.

Jain Vishva Bharati University offers MA, M.Sc., Master in Social Work, and M.Ed. degree courses at the postgraduate level. Candidates must have graduation/bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject(s) obtained through the 10+2+3 system with a minimum aggregate of 45% or equivalent CGPA to be eligible to apply. For M.Sc. program, candidates must have B.Sc degree.

For admission to M. Ed, candidates must have done B.Ed. from any recognized university with at least 45% marks or equivalent CGPA. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination and written test and/or interview conducted by the University.

Jain Vishva Bharati University offers Diploma in 2 specializations and PG Diploma in 9 specializations degree courses. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with 45% marks in aggregate to be eligible to apply for Diploma programs.

Candidates must have graduation/bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject(s) obtained through the 10+2+3 system with a minimum aggregate of 45% or equivalent CGPA to apply for the postgraduate diploma program.

Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination and written test and/or interview conducted by the University. Jain Vishva Bharati University offers M.Phil courses. To be eligible to apply for M.Phil. degree, candidates must have a master’s degree in the relevant subject(s) with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA. Candidates will be called in for a Written Test and Personal Interview conducted by the University. Based on the applicants’ performance in this test, they will be selected for the program.

Key Points:

• All SC/ST candidates are eligible for the relaxation of 5%.
• For M.Phil. course in Jainology and Comparative Religion & Philosophy, Candidates must have 55% marks in M.A. or Acharya of the following subjects: Jainology, Comparative Religion, Comparative Philosophy, Sanskrit, Prakrit, Pali and Manuscriptology Science.
• For M.Phil. course in Prakrit, Candidates must have 55% marks in M.A. or Acharya of the following subjects: Prakrit and Jain Agam, Pali, Sanskrit, Apabhramsha Literature, Jainology (Jain Philosophy), Linguistics, Hindi Literature, Rajasthani Language and Literature, Philosophy, Manuscriptology.

Jain Vishva Bharati University also offers PhD and D.Litt. courses in 7 specializations. To be eligible to apply for PhD degree, candidates must have a master’s degree in the relevant subject(s) with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA.

Candidates will be called in for a Research Aptitude Test and Personal Interview conducted by the University. Based on the applicants’ performance in this test, they will be selected for the program.

• Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil coursework in the University with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' and successfully completing M.Phil degree/M.Phil dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending shall be eligible to proceed to do research work leading to the PhD Degree at the University.

Jain Visva Bharti University offers Certification courses in 6 specializations, undergraduate courses in 3 specializations and M.A. degree in 5 specializations level for Distance learning courses.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board to be eligible to apply for UG programs. For PG courses, B.Sc. program, they must have a graduation degree in the relevant field.

For Certification courses, candidates must have passed Class X or equivalent examination. Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and/or Written Test and Interview conducted by the University.
