JJTU offers separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with a variety of room options, including single, double, and triple occupancy, equipped with air coolers and air conditioners as per requirement. The hostel fee is approximately 50,000 INR per year for a single student. Hostels are clean, with cleaning services twice daily, and provide essential amenities like 24/7 security, electricity, study rooms, a gymnasium, a basketball playground, and a library.

The mess food is generally of good quality, with a canteen open 24/7, although there is no non-vegetarian option available. The hostel environment fosters interaction between students, with annual hostel fests and other activities.
