The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.

Dislikes

No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

Review Of Chitkara University

Likes

Infrastructure is so much good. It looks very Nice.
Hotels are good and mess food is good and warden also listen our problems.
Teachers are so supportive and higher authority listen us and support us.

Dislikes

The area is small.so there is so much rush all time.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for college placements. 90% students get placed from campus placements. The highest package is about to 1cr and their average package is about 6 lacks. Tere are many companies like as Microsoft,tcs, wipro....etc are came and get offered for placement. I want to continue my study after this degree.

Chitkara University: explore potential

Likes

Infrastructure is very nice and faculties are decent.
Every class is well equipped with projectors and comfartable seats.
The syllabus is up to date according to industry demands.

Dislikes

75% attendance is mandatory which I personally didn't liked.
Also, exams are conducted in MCQ mode which I didn't liked.
Very less holidays are provided by university.

Placement Experience:

Placements are very decent. Average package is 800000 Highest package is around 8000000 according to my knowledge. Companies like TCS and Infosys often visit for placements and internships. You must have some projects to showcase.

Deep dive into my university

Likes

campus is very neat and clean and very calm
there are too many events held on very large scale
it is very diverse and people are from different nation

Dislikes

girl to boy ratio is very less boys are too much
campus is not so big is feel conjusted when is time for class over
crowd is too much there are students all around

Placement Experience:

after 7th semester students are eligible for process of placemet many company recenty visited like tcs and infosys .average pacakage is around 700000 and highest pacakage is around 5200000 . 70% students got placed My plan is to join a good company after degree

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.

ACADEMICS

The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.

PLACEMENTS

Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.

There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.

FEES & ACCOMMODATION

Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.

CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP

There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
