The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.

Dislikes

No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

Remarks:

As being a JEE aspirant, I was failed to score well to get into top IIT's and NIT's and so I decided to move into a private engineering college and I chose this campus as it is a very reputed college and has a remarkable record of 100% placement and education system is very good. Basically in the starting month of June 2019 I have got admission, the procedure was quite simple, We had only a counseling round and on this basis, we have got our streams, and it is very transparent. I have read reviews on college Dunia, Shiksha of this college before going there and also visited before to get early insights of this college.

Reality of CUIET

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters students are eligible for internships and placements. There are more than 100 companies that visit our campus for placements. The average package is around 8 to 10lpa. And the highest package is 35LPA. 100 percent placement is there. I will do job.

Placement Experience:

The campus is quite good enough for my college. students can apply for their internships on their own from the 1st semester onwards. But for college placements, you have to be at least in the 6th semester of your degree. AMAZON, Wipro, etc. Companies visit our college. And you have the opportunity to get placed in other companies also. The latest highest package offered was 32lacs and the average package offered is 7-8 lacs. Approx 80% of students get placed in diff. companies.

There are campus placements too, 3rd Students can be eligible for the campus placements. There are more than 150 + companies visit Chitkara University during placements. University provides its full support. Many students got selected in good companies at good packages.

Remarks:

the environment here is very good. Seniors are also very helpful and there is no ragging of any type. The University is also in a very developed area where all services are available nearby. Teachers are also very helpful and cooperative.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are very awesome. In the 7th semester, you are eligible for campus placement. The average package is 4 LPA. 90% of students got placed in my batch that's why placement are good.

Placement Experience:

From 6th Sem Students Become Eligible For Placements. I Am In Fifth Sem So No Offer Is Made For Me. Many Big Companies Like Infosys, Tcs, Wipro,Flipkart, Comes Here. Sometimes Major Companies Also Come Like Amazon , Google, Samsung. I Am Going To Take Job In Company Only After Degree. Placement Is 90-95% In Case Student Dont Want To Go Is Exceptional Case.

Placement Experience:

At the start of the 6th-semester students start getting placed. A huge range of companies visits campus giving a great number of offers. Some of the notable companies are Oyo, Quickheal, Rockstar games and many others. The highest offers are as high as 30 LPA and the average package ranges around 4.5 to 5 LPA. Almost all of the eligible students get placed.

Placement Experience:

In the seventh semester, students started to get hired. No. of companies which visit campus is quite good. The average package is not disclosed by the college. The highest package is 24 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is good. I have planned to do masters after getting the degree.

Chitkara University: A better option than other colleges

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Chitkara. The placement procedure starts in the 6th semester of our college and goes until you are graduated (8th semester). Need to mention that Chitkara hold's a record of 100% placement. Every student gets placed here. Companies offer anything between 3lpa - 12lpa. But you need to study a bit for getting placed. Note that college cannot force a company to recruit students. Companies recruit based on test and interviews that they conduct. My plans after getting a degree will be to work for the company I've been placed in.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.

ACADEMICS

The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.

PLACEMENTS

Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.

The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.

FEES & ACCOMMODATION

Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.

CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP

There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
