The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.

Dislikes

No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

Brutal and Honest College Review.

very good placement record last year almost every student from cse branch got placed.
maintained discipline in the college as it has dress code in collage

Dislikes

rules and regulations its good to have this but too much is not good
compared to other private college it has small campus size approximate 90 acre
insted of normal guard they have military retayars persons as guard they sometime misbehave

Placement Experience:

At Chitkara University, placements start after the 6th semester, with a variety of companies visiting for both tech and non-tech roles, such as GoDaddy, Cvent, Infosys, Capgemini, Josh Technology, and others. So far, the highest package offered to a student from our college is a 57 LPA job offer from Amazon for a software profile. Usually, around 90% of students secure placements by the final semester. After earning my degree, I plan to work in a company for 5 to 10 years and then start my own business.

campus is so clean with lush green green
Teaching is also so good with projector and small class
there are so many food outlets in chitkara

Dislikes

i guess nothing to be dislike but campus area is small
i guess nothing to be dislike but mess food is avg
here is uniform system that some like and some not

Placement Experience:

as i am in 3 year and i have so many friends in 4 year which is placed in good compies avg package is around 10-12lac and highest is around 1cr and placement is good in terms of everything chitkara really have good placement

Faculty members are really supported , supports you for your every decison
Maintence of the college , every thing is really maintained
Main focus on study as well as extra curriculum activites as university provide both at the best

As far as i see most of my seniors are well placed from our university some of them are in plum , google and very know companies as the placement of the college is better than other college , mostly every student get a placemnet .

Chitkara is known for its pratical aproach,internships and industry collaborations,which help students to gain real world experience. In Chitkara you have offered many internships on basis of their percentage
The University provides good infrastructure for technical and research based courses like pharmacy. They have well-equiped labs for experiment.
Chitkara has a good placement record especially for engineering and management students. They offer high package internships on basis of their cgpa.

Dislikes

There are strict rules and attendance policy is too strict.
The tuition and additional charges for various facilities are expensive .
The curriculum is sometimes rigid with fewer electives and flexibility to explore .

In 3rd semester a student is eligible for campus placement but it is all upto to students that they have to maintain a good cgpa and skills for interviews. In Chitkara university a good number of companies visited like Microsoft, google and they provide 100+ offerletters. 85-90 % students get placed in Chitkara university. After getting degree I firstly join to the company .

The Real Chitkara

Likes

I liked the campus life and its night life as its very cheerful and and buzzling.
Also, its teaching faculty is very helpful and cooperative towards the students and very sincere about their duties.
It also has different clubs which promote activities other than academic results and helps students grow further in different aspects.

Dislikes

It,s mess food is not up to the standard it should be .
it has paid gym which i think should be free for the students living in the hostel.
It has restriction for going out of the hostel after 12 a.m.

Placement Experience:

The college provides a nice placement environement for the students who want to achieve something in their lives and it's average package is upto 500000 and its highest package is one crore till now from the amazon company .

Square on e is eating place i liked and square 2
Chitkara woods and which is made of full wood

Dislikes

First is to hostel food is too bad as paid
Classes condition is too bad facility of staff is so bad
They make university a school if we get late for class we are not allowed to take class

Things we are listening from collage the placement is good and if i dont get placement then i wiil do business with my dad business and create branches and expand a lot and also above 8 cgpa students get placements and nearly 80% students get placement

Perspective on Hostel life and campus facility

clean campus with lot of trees and good security system
Good hostel facility with maintained discipline and safety for girls

Mess food matters some things are not much tasty
The Campus size of college seems to be much small
2-3 areas are not well lighten up and no security

the placements are decent not too high not too low . No data in my knowledge regarding no. or offers or companies but highest package is i think 40lacs and average is 8lacs which is a good one for a private college.

good curriculum as we will get to know about programming in the 1st sem itself
Many events such as DJ night and comedy shows
Teachers are approachable, you can ask and clear your doubts through mail or even contact number

Dislikes

Campus Size might seem small to many of the students
restrictions are way too many for every single thing
Less Grounds which makes difficult to play team games especially cricket

Placement Experience:

I think from 3rd year onwards we are eligible for placements and the highest package has gone upto 40 lpa and more than 50% students were placed and the average is 7-8lpa which is good I believe , I am not aware about the no. of companies and offers made , my plan after degree is to get a good job which suits me the best.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.

ACADEMICS

The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.

PLACEMENTS

Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.

There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.

FEES & ACCOMMODATION

Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.

CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP

There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
