Likes
- The campus life is amazing. Our student union is extremely hard-working, and they always come up with some events or other to make your boredom go away
- Faculties are very knowledgeable and unlike most colleges, they actually want to teach. The clinical experience is unmatched
- Infrastructure is top notch. Single rooms are available from second year, and the hostels are quite well maintained
Dislikes
- The curriculum is a bit too strict regarding marks and attendance. A little leniency would have been better
- The campus area is a little smaller compared to other AIIMS
- Too much administrative red tape causes delay in almost everything, be it installation of new water filters or filling a pothole
Internships Opportunities:
Our students have to undergo a mandatory internship for 1 year in our hospital where they learn hands-on about healthcare delivery.
Research opportunities are ample, and our students regularly receive grants from ICMR for their research

- Good environment to study. Clinical posting is from 2nd year only that gives us a lot of clinical exposure
- Hostel fees is too low as compared to other colleges. Extra curricular activities to show your talent
Dislikes
- Library of the campus is too small. Not sufficient for enough number of students
- We have regular exams which can be put under both which I like and don't like
- Only 2 playground we have one for cricket and other for football.
Internships Opportunities:
In internship you get to work in your hospital only and after internship you are registered with state medical council. Your internship stipend here is 30 k which is enough. Also after internship you get one year of experience and you get to learn a lot of thing

- It's AIIMS and you get each and every facilities in perfect condition.
- All classrooms, library ,labs are air conditioned.
- It's just 10km away from the main Bhubaneswar city ,so you can enjoy city life also.
Dislikes
- Hostels are pretty old with many architecture flaws... Only the first year hostel is good as it's newly constructed
- No Domino's, Pizza hut etc inside the campus like some other AIIMS.
- Not many natural attractions nearby, to come out of your stress.
Internships Opportunities:
After the end of 4th year , you have to do alomst 1 year internship in the college, and you get paid for it, although less.
As it is a central government institute so there are no bonds, so you can pursue for PG directly after that.

- The academics is very focused is the college. We are taken care of as students in a strict but useful way
- The hostels are single rooms for every student from 2nd year
- The professors are very good at their jobs. Satisfactory teaching
Dislikes
- Sports facilities need to be improved, though there are few available
- Library seating is limited. But they try to provide lecture halls incase it's not manageable
- Bigger campus was required for the status of an INI. With more facilities like wifi all around campus etc
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is just one year at the end of course. Along with a stipend.
The internship is valuable and compulsory for all mbbs students and nursing students
The college offers to work in different departments under professionals and do hands on treatment of patients. The title doctor is offered only then.

The college itself provides with 6 months of internship which is also paid...you will have shifts for day and night duties....you will be having a great time learning here new things....the college will help you to be professional and excel in your area

As in medical colleges, placements do not exist. Rather everyone focuses on PG entrance examinations. previous year A students produced AIR 1 in the PG examination from this college. the rank in PG entrances is due to the supportive environment of our college.

Everyone after the completion of MBBS needs to do a compulsory internship at the hospital. After which, many take up jobs, or MD/MS course in other institutes. Overall, the opportunities are really good and depends on your abilities

As stated earlier PG entrance results are too good. Eith these ranks everyone gets good college which includes AIIMS Bhubaneswar for their PG courses. Good Doctor ultimately comes out to earn good.
