Likes

Faculty is good. Teaching Methods is traditionalbut effective. On time 100%Syllabus completed.All faculty members are young and some are experts in their field.Unit test is taken on each chapter.Overall good teaching and learning method. All is good
Student feedback is always taken.Respect each other.
Girls ratio is very low.1:10. Safe place for girls.

Dislikes

Usually take fine from students on each time.
Syllabus cover very fast.Teacher gives assignment, lab manual for writing.
Practical is rarely taken.Focus on only exam and mark.

Placement Experience:

Placement are average. 40% students are placed in their core branch. From 6 th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Measure companies visited- 1)Bharat Forge-14 selected. 2) Magna- 15 selected. 3) Europa lock-12 selected. 4)Atlas copco -5 selected. 5) Triveni Turbine -3 selected. Highest package-5.5 lpa Average package -3.8 lpa Profile offers -GET.

Teaching staff is good than any other collage

Collage timing is more than sufficient for students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am belong to election and telecommunications branch this branch have good placement in college. Lot of company is came to take interview and much more than sufficient for students to take addmission.

Everything you should know before coming to WIT!!

Likes

Accessibility of location is very good as the college is in city itself.
Huge library and variety of books in large amount is available
Faculty is experienced with decades of teaching and industry skills

Dislikes

Canteen is a bit unclean and no water source is pure there.
Less number of fests are celebrated throughout the year.
No lifts are present in campus and even if you spot one, it's only for the faculty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As being a mechanical student, college is doing a great job by giving an exposure to all important coding languages like C, C++, Java, Python with certified ntpel courses and more. Workshops by Autodesk for fusion 360 is also offered free of cost by the campus.

Likes

The teaching of chemistry teachers was very brilliant.
The all teachers are helpful and very kind.
The infrastructure is little bit good not enough.

Dislikes

The parking and ground for sport is not good.
The documentary process for any Documents is not good.
The sport faculty is not also good enough.

There were no. Of course curriculum. From this all I completed spoken English and essential computer skills. I don't have any suggestions for improvements of course curriculum and teaching methods. The exams of curriculum was multiple type questions methd.

College's all teaching staff is very nice , professors make teaching intresting and interactive,hole staff is very communicative
College has not bounded students with college uniform and made free to wear any fashion , the boys to girls ratio is you can say 4:1
College environment is very good all students are cooperative and supportive, college main building infrastructure is very nice

Dislikes

The college campus is not so big as compared to other cities colleges
Canteen facilities are not good and canteen is open only for one or two months and on other days closed
In first year our class was not good in infrastructure also the benches were not good, benches nails were out .

Placement Experience:

From 3-4th year they make eligible for placement ,the average package is 7lpa this year's highest package is of 18lpa in Flipkart but it is from off campus in campus it is 12lap atmost,the college placement maybe 50% . My plan after getting degree is to try for placement off campas if not I will try for further degree .

College Review - WIT , SOLAPUR

Likes

The college campus is between the city .
The faculties in this college are good and helpful.
There is college canteen inside campus so you can go anytime.

Dislikes

College campus is small and there are no big grounds.
The library of the college is also not big only we can study in it
Some classrooms are not good at all does not provided with smartboard.

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college are good, On an average the placements is 7-8 lpa every year and I think it will increase in next few years. College gives best placements for people who just have to get enough placement.

One of the best thing I liked is the library.more than 5000 books are available and can issue books for the semester.
Strict anti ragging rules are followed .
Teacher are good and student friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Most of the teachers explains in Marathi .
Campus area and infrastructure should be better.
Sports equipment facilities are not present in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Placement of ENTC is not better while in CSE and IT it's ok. Teachers give therortical knowledge more than practical knowledge. So there must be improvement in that. I took major degree in ENTC with minor degree in CSE.

teachers are very friendly in nature also supportive
hostel has good ambiance the mess is very good the food is hygenic
anti ragging both hostel and college have wifi feature projector learning

Dislikes

average pacakge is very less about 4 lakh only
campus is very small about 22 accers only
the canteen in the college is closed and canteeen food is not hygenic

the collage is autonomous so they teaches us like they are making us industry ready every week we get an lecture from industry expert we get practical knowleadge of everything also there are time to time event to cheak our knowledge they should improve the invagilator facility during the exam

To be a genuine,i dont like my collage for its campis exposure.

About campus placements in this collage. You are eligible from start only if you get any internship you had to just ask to hod of your departments a take the permission. Seriously wit has about 80% placements

What i feel

Likes

Good locality and hostel is near the college.
Exams are very easy and there is no such extra headache.
Teachers are good and support you in your personal growth.

Dislikes

They don't allow easily any students for the offline intership.
Conduct exam every month and give alot assignment.
Not good sports facilities and rearly organizes the event.

Placement Experience:

In terms of placement our college performs average, recently companies which visit are providing 5 lpa offers from previous year the highest packs was 18 lpa from Flipkart. companies visit such as TCS, Accenture, Global solution, Infosys etc.
