DPU B.Tech Biotechnology: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

The college boasts experienced faculty who combine traditional teaching methods with case studies for a rich learning experience. Its placement cell has grown significantly since 2010, with 90-100 companies visiting annually for recruitment, mainly targeting students from their 6th or 7th semesters. About 75-80% of students secure placements, with Computer Science Engineering students receiving an average package of 8-9 lakh INR. Prominent companies offering internships include Barclays and Haldirams, with stipends ranging from 75,000 INR to as high as 1.5 lakh INR.

The annual cost for general candidates is approximately Rs. 1,500,000, covering tuition and other fees, though financial aids, such as a 50% tuition fee waiver for OBC and a full waiver for SC/ST candidates, alleviate costs. Merit scholarships of Rs. 25,000 per semester and a student exchange program scholarship for Sweden are also offered.
