Eligibility Criteria

A student who has passed the LL.B. (Final) Examination of this University (or Appear for final Year of UG) or other equivalent examination of any other Statutory University will be eligible to apply for the admission for LL.M. A student shall take admission after completing the regular course of study prescribed for each Semester. AND The merit list for admission to postgraduate course will be prepared by the university departments. It will be MERIT based admissions, the merit will be based on the marks secured by the candidate as follows: a) In case of optional subject, the marks obtained by the applicant in the respective optional subject during the third or final year of their degree course; b) In case of honors degree program, the percentage obtained by the student / applicant in the final year will be considered excluding non-honors subject appeared by the student / applicant if any
