Actually the syllabus is much concentrated on kerala history and heritage studies part. So this will enrich the ideas about museums, different archaeological sites in kerala,and also field visits are there as part of the course which will increse your practical knowledge as well as theoratical part.

The curriculum is well established and contains subject matters which are in par with current affairs and cover topics which have an impact on the current political and literary scenario. Exams are generally held in a gap of 4 to 5 months which gives well enough time to study and prepare

Literature is something I loved since schooling. I remember going to school library and reading a lot of Shakespeare's novels and other books. I always admired world of Shakespeare. My interest in books and literature made me choose English literature. When I was searching for a good college, a lot of people suggested Nehru College which had the best faculties of English. College was a bit far from home but I decided to give it a try which was worth it. I had the best experience in nehru. The curriculum evaluation makes sure that all the objectives required for a student is fulfilled. They make sure that the students are getting the best possible way of learning. Also they give us insights about the further studies. Along with academics, the faculties make sure that they prepare us for various competitive exams like UGC NET. The only area where the literature students face stress is exams. The paper is very lengthy that students find it difficult to complete the exam on time.

I chose this course because it had many future opportunities and I completed my graduation in this language and I love this course. The teaching method is very simple and very clear and teachers give us a chance to teach for improvement in our teaching. The teachers of this college are very graduated and well educated. It has a semester system. There is no difficulty in passing the exams.

Students become eligible in the last semester for the campus placement. Companies from Banglore, Mangalore and Kerala. It's mostly suited to the commerce based students. 30-40 perfect students got placements. After getting post-graduation I plan to work

Campus placement offers to depend upon the student's excellence. Faculties and other departments recruit students through their academic excellence. 80 per cent of students get placement through their performance. They are recruiting in many Colleges and institutions.

With an aggregated marks on fifty percent I got admitted to Nirmalagiri. I registered online under the Online Centralised Admissions and got into the Kannur University affiliated college. The rank list was then annouced and i presented my documents for verification and got in.

I didn't have much time to do my masters as i was already working after finishing my bachelors. It was later I heard about this distance learning and even though I was skeptical in the beginning I have to say it was one of the best decisions. The application was available in both offline and online mode and later they gave admission based on the eligibility category.

Don Bosco Arts and science college gives importance not only to the academic but it gives importance to all the aspect of the individual. It moulds the personality of the individual. The students pass out from the college are model to the other students.
