NITTE B.Tech Biotechnology fees 2025 is ₹ 5.1 Lakhs for the entire course duration.

• This includes a total tuition fee of ₹ 5 Lakhs.
• Candidates need to pay ₹ 1.35 Lakhs in the first year.
• NITTE Hostel Fee is ₹ 1.22 Lakhs.

For students applying under the NRI quota for admission, the total course fee for B.Tech Biotechnology at NITTE is ₹ 6.1 Lakhs.
