Admission to this course is merit-based, promising considerable future potential despite some initial misleading information. The faculty is generally supportive and experienced, though there are concerns about certain teachers' helpfulness and the improper allocation of internal marks. The Pharm D program is inadequately staffed, with BPharm teachers covering some subjects, and the hospital facilities lag behind those at KLE University's main branch. The college charges high fees, with additional costly exam fees at the end of the year, and as a deemed university, it imposes charges for any lab property breakages.
In 2019 and 2020, two students secured research positions in Bangalore, indicating some placement success. As of 2020, internships offer a stipend of 5,000 INR monthly, which may increase. Scholarships are available based on merit and caste, with the college providing updates and support for these opportunities. Students are encouraged to remain proactive in seeking scholarship information.
