Gulbarga University offers online mode of application to the candidates.
Selection to M.Sc., MA, M.Com, B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed. and M.Ed. is done on the basis of Entrance Examination conducted by the university.
Admission to ML.I.Sc., MVA and LLM is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

Gulbarga University PG Admission 2024: MA, M.Sc., M.Com, M.P.Ed, M.Ed., B.P.Ed. LLM

Gulbarga University offers M.Sc. in sixteen specializations, MA in sixteen specializations, M.Com, M.L.I.Sc., MVA, LLM, M.P.Ed., M.Ed. and B.P.Ed. Programs at the PG level.

Minimum eligibility for PG courses is candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree in relevant specialization from a recognized university.

Gulbarga University PG Diploma Admission 2024

The university also offers PG Diploma in thirteen specializations. Minimum eligibility for PG Diploma is candidate must have passed Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university. For PG Diploma in Yoga, the candidate must have passed a degree examination in any faculty of the university or any other recognized university are to apply along with PG Degree or B.P.Ed. / B.Ed. as a dual system.

Selection to PG Diploma is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination.

For M.Phil. Candidates:

Candidate must have passed Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks from recognized university.
A relaxation of 5% is given to SC / ST / OBC candidates.
Those who have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience on a full time regular basis may be granted an exception.
Candidates are required a minimum of 45% (40% for SC / ST / OBC candidates) in the entrance examination to be considered for the merit list.

For Ph.D. Candidates:

Candidates must have passed Master’s degree or M.Phil with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university.
Teachers who are employed in degree colleges, where they have worked on a regular basis for a minimum of ten years, are eligible with a 50% minimum marks at the Master’s level.
Candidates who have passed NET / SLET / GATE / JRF / M.Phil are exempted from the entrance examination.

Admission to the M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses is on the basis of the performance in the entrance examination conducted annually by the university and academic merit in the qualifying examination.

Key Points:

The entrance examination consists of 100 multiple choice questions.
The examination will cover both subject specific questions as well as some general questions to test the aptitude of the candidate.

The university offers online mode of application to the candidates. Application fees is to be paid online.

How to Apply

Pay the application fees through net banking or credit/debit card.

Application Fees:

For CEE: INR 800 (for SC/ST Candidates and Cat-I candidates: INR 400)
For Others: INR 600 (for SC/ST Candidates and Cat-I candidates: INR 300)

Note:

SC/ST and Cat-I Candidates have to submit Caste/Category certificate along with submitting the print out of the application.
For Admission to PG Course, Application form along with required document must be submitted to Chairperson/Co-Ordinator of the Concerned Department.
